In 2017,one of the biggest changes in the number of Chinese textbooks used in primary and secondary schools across the country was the large increase in the proportion of ancient poems,accounting for 51.7% of all the selected textbooks of the new Chinese textbooks.Obviously,this puts forward new requirements for Chinese teachers’ teaching ability of ancient poetry.However,the current teaching of ancient poetry is limited to the practical difficulties,and the situation of paying attention to the implementation of sentences,reciting and translation,and teaching for the examination has not changed.Students ’interest in learning ancient poetry has not been substantially improved,and students’ ability and quality of ancient poetry have almost stopped.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the current teaching status of ancient poetry in junior middle school,classifies and causes the problems based on deep learning theory,and puts forward corresponding teaching strategies,and the teaching cases are designed and analyzed according to the teaching strategy.This article is divided into five chapters,The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research review and research methods.The second chapter is an overview of deep learning theory,which expounds the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of deep learning.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior high schools.Firstly,the questionnaire survey and interview for students and teachers are conducted respectively,and then the problems are summarized and analyzed from the perspective of the characteristics of deep learning theory.The fourth chapter is the teaching strategy of junior middle school ancient poetry based on deep learning theory.The fifth chapter is the teaching case and analysis of junior high school ancient poetry based on deep learning theory,which includes the feedback and analysis of Su Shi’s teaching case of "The Midautumn Festival Tune:Prelude to Water Melody" and its implementation effect.Through the investigation and research,it is found that the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior high schools has some problems,such as weak internal learning motivation,single learning resources,biased mechanical memory,insufficient knowledge system integration ability,weak self-reflection consciousness,weak high-order thinking ability,and weak ability of transfer and application of knowledge.The reason for this paper is that there are teachers ’poor professional quality,students’ insufficient internal driving force for learning ancient poetry,the neglect of students’ critical thinking ability and transfer and application ability,the evaluation direction of ancient poetry questions and the improper setting of question type.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,we propose the strategy to improve the teaching of ancient poetry: strengthen the learning through multiple channels,improve teachers ’professional quality,rationally use film and television resources,stimulate students’ interest in learning ancient poetry,develop students’ advanced thinking ability,improve the teaching evaluation of ancient poetry,and develop the application ability of ancient poetry.Next,according to the construction of its teaching strategy,this paper designed the teaching case of Su Shi’s "The Midautumn Festival Tune:Prelude to Water Melody",and used the teaching case for experimental teaching,and tested the implementation effect through teacher and student interview and in-class synchronous test,and analyzed the effect of its implementation.
