The title of this design is "Never-stop Fun,Unlimited Fun".We design an interesting running APP--Happy Running World,which aims to help fitness beginners train into sports lovers while enjoying the fun of games.Fitness APP is an effective fitness aid in the Internet era,which can help fitness beginners overcome psychological obstacles such as fear of fatigue and pain,solve the problem of persistence,and eventually become fitness enthusiasts who consciously exercise.The design responds to the national comprehensive fitness promotion program and promotes the construction of a healthy China.Demand research report,the design goal of this topic is to help fitness beginners to adhere to difficult crowd.To the relevant sports crowd survey,first of all,fitness enthusiasts have from the body’s exercise addiction reward mechanism-endorphin secretion and stimulation.Secondly,it analyzes the reason why fitness beginners insist on difficult exercise is the pain and lack of rewards from the body.Activating endorphin secretion reward mechanism is the key to solve the difficulty of persistence,so as to make clear that the main goal of this design is to help fitness beginners through a certain period of persistence exercise to activate the body’s reward mechanism.At present,fitness apps successfully serve fitness enthusiasts,but their help for those with difficulty in maintaining fitness is limited.Therefore,this design helps beginners through the difficult period of persistence by means of the gamification design of fitness APP.Literature research report,according to the design to help fitness beginners in the immersion game insist on exercise,gamification addiction mechanism related literature theory research.It focuses on the stickiness and motivation of gamification addiction mechanism,as well as the concept and structure of gamification design,forming the principle of fun transformation of user core needs and the design structure of "goal-challenge-feedback".As guidance,in the heart of the fitness APP fitness requirements into the game,in the form of recruit qualified fitness goals of refactoring,of the corresponding difficulty level game structure to meet challenges,through the guidance of clues to satisfy exploratory,increase the team cooperation strategy,finally customs clearance to qualify for the game rewards,make fitness beginners happy game,enjoy sports.Design process report,according to the design to guide fitness beginners to fall in love with the goal of sports,with the theme of "running non-stop,infinite fun","pedometer" function and "world travel" theme combined fitness APP-running world.Based on the user’s gaming addiction mechanism research fitness goals into the background of the game to collect goals,motion data conversion of energy accumulation data can be random unlock travel city,meet the demand of users exploratory,at the same time in a random autonomy and social elements to meet user demand and social demand,stimulate users’ pleasure and a sense of achievement,It is helpful to help users overcome psychological barriers in the early stage of exercise,and get a physical reward mechanism after 2 months,so as to become fitness enthusiasts.Guided by the theory of gamification addiction mechanism,this paper designs an entertainment way guided by clues to enter a level and advance under the background of a world travel story,so that fitness beginners can keep moving in the game experience,so as to obtain a physical reward mechanism and improve the proportion of fitness beginners falling in love with sports.
