| General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes to build ecological civilization and promote green and low-carbon circular development. In order to effectively alleviate the crisis of the decline of biological resources and biodiversity in the Yangtze River, productive fishing will be banned in the protected areas of the Yangtze River Basin. From 0:00 on January 1,2021,the productive fishing of natural fishery resources will be completely prohibited in Poyang Lake National Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province, and the fishing ban period is tentatively set as10 years. However, the ten-year fishing ban policy of the Yangtze River will inevitably interrupt the livelihood of fishermen’s families, and affect the surrounding industrial chains such as workers, factories and businessmen who make and sell fishing nets and fishing gear. Therefore, the livelihood sustainability of fishermen’s families in the lake area involves the realization of the main objectives of China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy and the success or failure of the green strategy,as well as the success or failure of the green rise strategy of Jiangxi Province. Therefore, this thesis intends to take the livelihood of returning fishing families in Poyang Lake as the research object to think about the effective construction of social policies from the perspective of green social work.Research on social policies shows that compensation policies often have a greater and more direct impact on daily production and life such as family livelihood. The research shows that the impact of ecological compensation policy on the livelihood of fishermen’s families is long-term.However,there are still few literatures to observe and analyze this core issue from the perspective of green social work.Duchang County, located in Poyang Lake area,is the place where the Yangtze River fishing ban policy is implemented. The county has done a lot of work and gained rich experience in implementing the ecological compensation policy mechanism of the fishing ban.In order to further analyze the sustainability of the livelihood of returning families,it is necessary to select appropriate typical villages on this basis.Through the collection of public information on the government’s official website and relevant departments, and the combination of field investigation and questionnaire interview, this thesis analyzes the policy performance.Based on the sorting and analysis of audio recordings, texts, graphics and other data from S village and J village,it can be found that the family livelihood of fishermen returning from fishing has changed significantly before and after the ecological compensation policy. These changes are reflected in career choice, lifestyle and intergenerational relations, and have a profound impact on the sustainability of family livelihoods.Considering the long time limit of the fishery withdrawal policy,it is necessary to further optimize and refine the compensation policy from the perspective of green social work, especially green social policy,so as to improve the family’s social adaptability.Furthermore,to build a green society,we need to think about the macro and micro continuity performance of social policies based on green justice. |
