Research On Herdsman's Participation In Grassland Ecological Governance From The Perspective Of Green Social Work ——Taking Alashan W Gacha Afforestation Project As An Example

Alxa League,as a league city in the westernmost part of Inner Mongolia,has received extensive attention from the society for its severe situation of grassland ecological environment.With the implementation of the grassland ecological management project,the grassland ecological status in some areas has been improved,but the continuous deterioration of the grassland ecology has not been effectively curbed.This is directly related to the lack of effective participation of herdsmen in the formulation and implementation of grassland ecological governance projects.The effective participation of herdsmen in grassland ecological governance is not only conducive to establishing a long-term and effective ecological security model,but also conducive to promoting a virtuous cycle of local ecological economy and realizing the harmonious development of man and nature.Green social work enriches the connotation of justice care in traditional social work,expands the focus of justice to a larger scope of the natural environment,and focuses on the marginalized poor under the environmental crisis.The purpose is to improve the quality of life of the marginalized.It also takes into account the use of the earth's resources by future generations to meet the well-being of people and the planet today and in the future.In this paper,after reviewing the existing literature in detail,summarizing the relevant research results in the past,from the perspective of green social work theory,combined with the first-hand data of on-the-spot investigation,through the case of W Gacha herdsmen participating in the afforestation project,to investigate and analyze the current situation and existence of the project.The lack of participation of herdsmen in project planning,lack of financial security for herdsmen,lack of participation of herdsmen in project decision-making,lack of management and protection resources for herdsmen,etc.,and analysis of the lack of comprehensiveness of project evaluation,low integration of science and locality,and lack of communitybuilding ability of herdsmen.reasons for lack of sustainability.Under the guidance of green social work theory,in view of the problems and reasons existing in the implementation of artificial afforestation projects,suggestions are put forward to enhance the participation awareness of multiple subjects,pay attention to technological innovation and talent introduction,establish a herdsman selfgovernance mechanism,and adopt a continuous multiple input mechanism.Finally,it puts forward practical suggestions for herders to effectively participate in grassland ecological governance from four aspects: improving overall governance capacity,promoting interdisciplinary cooperation,forming herdsmen's self-help awareness,and adopting sustainable adaptive governance.
