| With the increasing number of college students falling in love,the problem of conflict in romantic relationship is common.College students are also a special group whose body and mind have not been fully developed.If the conflict in romantic relationship is intensified,it will lead to the cooling of the romantic relationship,coercion,suicide or murder and other violent incidents.This is very detrimental to the physical and mental health of college students.Therefore,on the basis of fully understanding the status quo of conflict in romantic relationship among college students,the author believes that it is necessary to combine the professional methods of social work to actively explore the influencing factors of conflict in romantic relationship among college students.It also provides reasonable suggestions for college students to improve their ability to solve the problems of love conflict.On the basis of combing relevant literature,the author took 80 students from N University in Nanchang as the research object,and used questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the status quo of conflict in romantic relationship among college students.The survey result showed that more than one-third of college students have conflicts in the process of falling in love.Cold war,quarrel,split up and other violent acts are common in romantic relationship,it is also accompanied by depression,sadness and other negative emotions.On the basis of the preliminary investigation,under the guidance of non-violent communication theory and cognitive behavioral theory,the author recruited 9 college students with conflict problems in romantic relationship to carry out a total of 6 times group social work,once a week,and each group social work lasted 1-2 hours.The author integrated the four concepts of observation,feeling,need and request in non-violent communication into the design of group activities,and guided group members to learn to observe each other’s behavior,feel each other’s emotions,and reasonably express their own needs and requests in conflicts in romantic relationship.Thus,it can help college students to change their negative cognition of conflicts in romantic relationship,promote their understanding of gender difference,and establish non-violent communication methods,so as to improve their ability to solve conflict in romantic relationship,and indirectly promote their physical and mental health development.Finally,the author evaluated the effectiveness of group social work service on the basis of practice,the results showed that under the intervention of group social work,the score of college students’ wrong cognition of conflict in romantic relationship decreased,negative emotional score of conflict in romantic relationship decreased,the number of conflicts in romantic relationship decreased during a week.It seemed that the expected goals of group activities have been basically achieved.And it proved that group social work was feasible and effective to intervene conflict in romantic relationship among college students.On the basis of investigation and practical intervention,the author made reflections on the theoretical application level,intervention methods,practical intervention level and the social work.In terms of theoretical application,the author did not take into account the applicability of the theory.The same theory may not be applicable to all team members,and the application of theory is relatively simple.In terms of intervention methods,although group work can solve problems to a certain extent,it did not take into account the particularity of individuals.Therefore,more intervention methods should be explored to solve the problems of conflict from the micro and macro levels.In terms of practice,the lack of skilled skills,listening,clarification,empathy and other skills there is a lot of room for improvement.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the ability of college students to solve conflicts in romantic relationship at the level of students themselves,families and schools.Students themselves should correctly view conflict in romantic relationship and reduce the negative cognition of the conflict;Families should create an atmosphere of non-violent communication;The school curriculum should play the educational and guiding role,such as setting up appropriate courses to provide theoretical guidance for college students to solve the problem of conflict in romantic relationships. |
