The psychological development of secondary vocational students is not mature enough,lack of certain communication skills,more sensitive to interpersonal relationship,which will not only affect their interpersonal relationship level,but also affect their personality formation and social development.Nonviolent communication is a form of communication in which the use of nonviolent communication to express oneself and listen to others can promote harmony and harmony among people.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence of non-violent communication on the communication ability and interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational students,and to improve the interpersonal relationship level of secondary vocational students and promote their physical and mental health development.The first study was conducted by questionnaire survey.In this study,344 students from a secondary vocational school in Changchun were selected and tested by the Supportive Communication Scale and the Comprehensive Diagnostic Interpersonal Relationship Scale,so as to understand the current situation of communication ability and interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational students,the difference in demographic variables and the relationship between them.Study two mainly adopts experimental method and questionnaire survey method.In this study to understand secondary vocational students’ communication ability and interpersonal relations on the basis of the status quo,on a voluntary basis,from interpersonal relationship scale score higher and lower communication scale scores of students selected 24 subjects,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,at the end of the experimental group after eight nonviolent communication group counseling,The experimental group and the control group were posttested using two scales,and the experimental group was invited to fill in the "Group counseling Evaluation Form" to compare and analyze the group counseling effect of non-violent communication.The results show that:(1)In general,vocational school students have a certain degree of trouble in interpersonal relationship,and the degree of trouble is relatively different;The communication ability of secondary vocational students varies greatly,and some students’ communication ability needs to be improved.There is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal disturbance and communication ability of secondary vocational students,and there are significant differences in gender,class work,only child and grade.(2)The communication ability and interpersonal relationship level of the experimental group were significantly improved after group counseling,indicating that the non-violent communication group counseling program designed can effectively improve the communication ability of secondary vocational students,reduce the degree of interpersonal relationship disturbance,and improve the interpersonal relationship level.
