Investigation And Research On The Educational Scientific Research Ability Of Primary School Teachers In H City,H Province

With the deepening of basic education reform,higher requirements are put forward for teachers’ teaching level and professional ability.Teachers are not only the imparters of knowledge and skills,but also the researchers of education and teaching.With the increasingly urgent needs of teachers’ professional development,teachers’ continuous cultivation of educational scientific research literacy and improvement of educational scientific research ability have become an inevitable requirement for teachers’ professional development.That primary school teachers are engaged in educational scientific research work and improving educational scientific research ability is of great significance for improving their own education and teaching level and ensuring the quality of school education and teaching.Based on the current situation of basic education in H City,H Province,it is an urgent problem to improve the educational scientific research ability of primary school teachers.This research is based on the theory of teachers’ professional development stage,the theory of needs hierarchy and the theory of learning organization,using questionnaires and interviews to conduct research.687 primary school teachers in H City,H Province was the survey objects,2 directors of urban teaching and research institutions,3 teachers the principal of the primary school and 3 primary school teachers were interviewed and surveyed.The results of the study showed that the education and scientific research ability of primary school teachers in H city,H province is generally weak.The specific problems are: weak scientific research awareness,single scientific research topic selection,insufficient program design,unskilled research operation,low quality of results presentation and inconspicuous promotion of results.The factors affecting the ability of educational scientific research mainly include two aspects: one is the teacher,the main reasons are the lack of scientific research knowledge,lack of theoretical knowledge,lack of scientific research practice and heavy teaching tasks.Second,in terms of schools,the main reasons are that leaders do not pay much attention,expert guidance is not sufficient,scientific research facilities are not complete,the evaluation method is relatively simple,the reward mechanism is not perfect,and the scientific research atmosphere is not strong.Aiming at the current situation of the educational scientific research ability of primary school teachers in H city,H province,this research analyzes and summarizes that the countermeasures to improve the educational scientific research ability of primary school teachers in H city H province include: First,the specific countermeasures based on the theory of teachers’ professional development stage include: 1.Novice teacher stage: enrich scientific research practice and grasp scientific research opportunities;2.Experienced teacher stage:learn theoretical knowledge and improve scientific research literacy;3.Mature teacher stage:correct scientific research attitude and improve scientific research awareness.Second,the specific countermeasures based on the theory of needs hierarchy include: 1.Physiological needs: provide scientific research funds and improve scientific research support;2.Safety needs: create an academic atmosphere and create a scientific research environment;3.Respect needs: reduce teaching tasks and ensure scientific research time.The third is the specific countermeasures based on the theory of learning organization: 1.Emphasize leadership attention and improve mental models;2.Provide centralized training to establish a common vision;3.Hire expert guidance to strengthen team learning.
