Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Elementary School Teachers' Educational And Scientific Research Capabilities

Education scientific research ability is one of the essential qualities of primary school teachers.Study the elementary school teachers' current education scientific research ability,analysis the existing problems and puts forward the measures for building adapt to The Times demands and deepen the reform of the education of primary school teachers is of great importance.This paper investigates the development status of education scientific research ability of primary school teachers in S town elementary school in Panyu district,Guangzhou by means of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.Through questionnaires and interviews of S town Panyu district,we found that elementary school teachers' education scientific research ability mainly exist in the selection ability of scientific research topic is not strong.And the research methods of application ability needs to be improved.Research activities to develop ability needs to be strengthened.Extraction and application of research results is the weakest,etc.From individuals,schools and the education administration after cause analysis,putting forward the ascension S town primary school teacher education scientific research ability of countermeasures and Suggestions.Among them,the countermeasures to education administration are mainly to improve the scientific research management system,to strengthen the training and guidance of education scientific research ability of primary school teachers.The countermeasures and Suggestions for school management are mainly to create a good atmosphere for scientific research,to establish a sound scientific research management mechanism and to cultivate a scientific research team.The countermeasures to teachers are to improve teachers' awareness of scientific research and enhance their scientific research ability.
