The safety management measures for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens require schools in all provinces and cities across the country toSafety education will be extended to every class,teacher,student and parent,so that students can fully master and understand the most basic self rescue skills while learning scientific and cultural knowledge.At the same time,combined with the local actual situation,carry out water safety and health education for students.In response to the requirements of the administrative measures,Wuhan Municipal Bureau of education actively carried out the safety education activities of swimming into the campus in Wuhan.At the same time,in response to the call of the military games,Wuhan Municipal Bureau of sports and Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Education jointly signed the notice on the activity of "walking with the military games · 2019 Wuhan youth sports summer camp",which will carry out free swimming and free sports skill training in Wuhan,It has greatly improved the popularity of swimming teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan.However,the traditional swimming teaching methods are old and the students’ interest in learning is not high.As a result,many students lack interest in swimming and do not form the habit of active practice,and then forget the technical movements of swimming.Whether the game teaching method can actively and effectively improve the quality of swimming teaching and improve students’ interest in learning swimming,the traditional teaching method and game teaching method are divided into two groups.By strictly controlling the variables,the experimental data of the experimental group and the control group are compared and analyzed,and the experimental conclusion is drawn:1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in learning attitude and interest between the experimental group and the control group;After the experiment,the learning interest of the experimental group was enhanced,while the interest of the control group was improved compared with that before the experiment,but the learning interest and parental satisfaction level of the experimental group changed less than that of the experimental group.In addition,through games,we can create a good teaching atmosphere,make the students’ spirit more focused,less absent-minded,and enhance their learning ability.At the same time,some competitions also integrate the learned knowledge into the "review".2.After the first stage of breaststroke,the students in the experimental group can more quickly overcome their fear of water,quickly integrate into the game,and feel the fun of learning breaststroke.At the same time,the competition mechanism of the game also stimulates the students’ fighting spirit,makes the students bite their teeth and stick to it,and overcome the psychological obstacles with the help of winning heart;The students in the control group also overcome the fear of water with the encouragement of their coaches and classmates,but it took a long time.3.After the completion of breaststroke teaching in each stage,the experimental group and the control group conducted the same item test.The average scores of students in the experimental group with game teaching method in six aspects: breath holding time,wall sliding distance,continuous ventilation times,25 m breaststroke speed measurement,continuous breaststroke swimming distance and the change of students’ vital capacity are better than those in the control group.Game teaching method can improve the technical level of students in each stage.4.At the end of the five stages of breaststroke learning tasks,through the comprehensive ability test of the two groups of students,the scores of the students in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group.Although the average standard rate of breaststroke technical action norms of the students in the experimental group is slightly lower than that in the control group,it does not affect the comprehensive scores of breaststroke.The results of the experimental group are better than those in the control group.The game teaching method can improve the students’ comprehensive swimming scores.
