Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talent Team In Shanting District, Zaozhuang Cit

The 14th Five Year Plan period is the first five years to embark on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and march towards the goal of the second century.Talent is the key to the revitalization of villages and the development of industries.Rural practical talents are an important part of talents,especially rural talents.Therefore,building a team of rural practical talents with high professional quality plays an irreplaceable role in realizing rural revitalization.This paper obtains the main problems existing in the construction of rural practical talent team in Shanting District,obtains the problems existing in the construction of rural practical talent team in Shanting District through visits and research,analyzes its causes,and explores a series of measures that can solve these problems,so as to promote the development and growth of rural practical talent team in this area.The research shows that there are some problems in the construction of rural practical talent team in Shanting District,such as single training content,insufficient incentive,low efficiency of talent use,inadequate implementation of professional title evaluation and so on.The reasons for these problems mainly include insufficient attention of local government,imperfect relevant systems,insufficient fund guarantee and inadequate policy support.Through the analysis of these reasons,It is concluded that the path to promote the development and growth of rural practical talent team construction in Shanting District can be started from the use of new ideas to lead the construction of rural practical talent team,improve the system and mechanism of rural practical talent team construction,optimize the talent evaluation system and improve the talent incentive system.It is hoped that through this research,we can provide new methods and new paths for the construction of rural practical talents in Shanting District,Zaozhuang City,expand the rural practical talents,and provide strong talent support for the realization of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
