Today, information technology is widely used in the field of education and plays an important role.It is changing the content and form of education externally and the way of thinking from within.China attaches great importance to the role of information technology in education and teaching, thus placing a demand on the information technology of the teaching force.Given their dual roles as current learners and future teachers,pre-service teachers need to ensure that they are well prepared for the challenges of post-service teaching.Classroom teaching behavior is a complex phenomenon, consisting of multiple interrelated factors that together influence pre-service teachers’ teaching. The study explores the factors influencing pre-service teachers’ IT application behavior in teaching, which can promote pre-service teachers’ positive understanding of IT teaching and enhance their consciousness of applying technology in teaching,as well as facilitate instructors’ targeted training of pre-service teachers, and have positive implications for optimizing the curriculum of universities and other aspects.Through combing the literature,we found that previous studies did not explore the influencing factors from the behavior of pre-service teachers in applying information technology in teaching, nor did they elaborate on the application of technology behavior, which led to the fact that the relevant studies could not reach a consistent conclusion for a long time.Meanwhile, the current studies mostly rely on the TAM to verify the influence of relevant factors on the application of technology behavior of pre-service teachers, but did not explore the specific connotations of the influencing factors, nor have they conducted comparative analyses of the factors that affect pre-service teachers’ and teachers’ IT application behavior. In this paper,we first used classroom observation method and constructed a coding list of pre-service teachers’ IT application behavior, and analyzed the characteristics of pre-service teachers’ IT application behavior using The Observer XT software. On the basis of the obtained behavior-related findings,an interview outline of the influencing factors of pre-service teachers’ Information technology application behavior was designed and conducted, the interview manuscript was analyzed using NVivo11.0,the influencing factors were coded and summarized, the connotations of the influencing factors were determined, and based on the UTAUT model,a model of the influencing factors was constructed and research hypotheses were proposed. Finally, the study designed questionnaires and conducted surveys based on the influencing factors and their connotations, and conducted reliability tests on the questionnaires and structural equation model using SPSS21.0 and Amos21.0 to ensure the reliability of the research results, followed by a comparative analysis of the factors affecting pre-service teachers’ and teachers’ IT application behaviors in teaching, and obtained relevant conclusions. The results of the study showed that the factors influencing pre-service teachers’ behavior of information technology application in teaching were: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, experience, knowledge, attitude, intention, and teaching situation.performance expectancy and knowledge formed a strong indirect influence on behavior.Intention and teaching situation formed a moderate and weak direct influence on behavior.Social influence factors formed a moderate indirect influence on behavior.Effort expectancy, attitude, facilitating conditions, and experience formed a weak indirect influence on behavior.
