The revolutionary change, no doubt, to the quality of teachers put forward higher request, but also to the current Chinese teacher education give a big challenge."Basic education curriculum reform (try out)"involved in the Autonomous Learning: The reform of curriculum implementation put too much emphasis on accepting study, by rote, mechanical training situation, advocate students actively participate in and to explore, diligently, raises the student begins collecting and processing and information, the ability to acquire new knowledge, analyze and solve the question ability, as well as the ability of communication and cooperation. Teachers in teaching process should be interaction with students and mutual development, to deal with the instruction knowledge and cultivating ability relations, pays great attention to raise student's independence and autonomy, and guide students questioned, investigation, exploration, in practice, and to promote students' learning on the teacher's guidance actively, rich individual character to learning ."What about the Improve results of Basic education curriculum reform about autonomous learning, how to continue to give attention to it in higher education, it is an important aspect of our exploration. The new curriculum reform advocate in the role of teacher is: the teacher is the promoters in student studies, the researchers in the education teaching and the curriculum builders and developers. Thus, as an important basic elements in education system, teachers plays an important role in the improvement of the educated autonomous learning, improve their ability of autonomous learning.Pre-service teachers as an important reserve force of teachers, only to improve their self-regulated learning ability, increase their emphasis on self-learning ability; can make the sound and sustainable development of our higher education. So how to make the pre-service teachers'self-regulated learning better, and how to improve the self-learning capacity of pre-service teachers more efficiently to respond to competition and challenges of the future society, it is a important part of normal university Quality education and training creative talents, also as a new research topic.With the guide of modern education theory, with qualitative and quantitative research methods, combining with for the main tool for structural equation model under the new situation, Our studies of the paper explore influence factors of Pre-service teachers' ability in self-regulated learning and its influence factors approach to it, so as to provide evidence for it and improve learning ability of Pre-service teachers.Based on the literature study field survey and interviews, this paper analyzed the influence factors and made a initial model of pre-service teachers learning ability and its influencing factors .Then on the basis of referring the mature questionnaire, and the modification of questionnaire and reliability, and validity analyses, then use the modified questionnaire in 2007, Shandong Normal University, "Modern Educational Technology" as a pre-study teachers, 297 were collected valid survey data, and then use of SPSS and LISREL analysis of survey data and the initial model was modified; Finally, the conclusion of the study were explained, so as to provide suggestion and help for pre-service teachers to improve the ability of autonomous learning.
