Educational Educational equity is the inevitable requirement of the development of modern society and the concentrated embodiment of the value concept of social equity and justice in the field of education.Middle school students receive fair and equal treatment not only in laws and policies, but also in the enjoyment of public educational resources and educational activities.Compared with ordinary students, disabled students have the problem of unbalanced and insufficient distribution of educational resources. As one of the vulnerable groups in society, their physical health and educational problems are easy to be ignored. Most studies at home and abroad focus on the relevant research between ordinary teachers and disabled students. The research on the relationship between adaptive physical education teachers’attitude and students’disability is relatively blank.Under the theory of differential expectation model,Because students with implicit disabilities lack obvious physical signs related to disability, teachers may expect students with implicit disabilities to achieve normal performance close to their non disabled peers; However, teachers adjusted their expectations for students with obvious disabilities,so as to hold closer to the actual expectations for them. This study helps physical education teachers to understand what is more difficult for students, establish a more accurate understanding of each disabled student and hold normal attitudes and expectations, and further promote educational equity.Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interview, this paper selects 68 adaptive physical education teachers in special education schools or social rehabilitation institutions in Chongqing for questionnaire survey and interview. In order to explore the relationship between the attitude of adaptive physical education teachers and the visibility of students’disability, this paper preliminarily explores the current situation of adaptive physical education teachers in Chongqing. The results of chi-square test showed that there was a significant correlation between teachers’attitude and the visibility of students’disability. In the"reserved"nomination, there were significantly too many students with explicit disability(X~2=7.780,P<0.05).The interview results showed that there was a relationship between the students nominated by physical education teachers and the visibility of students’disability, which further supported the results of chi square test. The survey results show that the conditions of adapting physical education teachers in Chongqing are relatively weak, most of the teachers are middle-aged and above, and there are more male adapting physical education teachers.Although teachers have rich teaching experience and the implementation of school teacher qualification system is good, there are some problems, such as the aging of teachers and the strengthening of teachers’specialization. The main conclusion of this paper is that the visibility of students’disability has adjusted and affected the expectations of adaptive physical education teachers, which makes adaptive physical education teachers hold different attitudes towards students with explicit and implicit disabilities; In view of the above conclusions, the relevant suggestions put forward in this paper are mainly to adapt to the adjustment of physical education teachers’self-consciousness,pay attention to the training of physical education teachers, and improve the research level of physical education.
