| Research background:(1)poor physical fitness of children and adolescents(2)the implementation of the "double reduction" policy(3)the popularity of physical dance programs Purpose of the research:Based on the existing research,this project intends to conduct a comprehensive survey on the children who learn physical dance in Fengle Palace and Luogang Palace of Huangpu District Youth Palace,which are representative of Huangpu District,Guangzhou,mainly including the following aspects: the motivation of learning physical dance,the current situation of physical dance exercise,family status and the reasons for adhering to physical dance and giving up physical dance,etc.,so as to obtain the factors affecting the physical exercise behavior of children.The factors that influence the development of children’s physical activity behaviors,and then the paths that promote the development of children’s physical activity behaviors are obtained from these factors,and the main paths in the development of children’s physical activity behaviors are obtained from the obtained paths.Research Methodology:The questionnaire method is an important method used in this paper.Before designing the questionnaire for the children,we observed the children in our class and grasped the physical and mental characteristics,learning situation and learning habits of the children through classroom observation,so as to design the Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Physical Exercise Behavior Development,which includes a total of several influencing factors indicators such as family,individual,school and teacher.SPSS software and Excel2010 software were used to enter,count,analyze,organize and process the collected data,and finally draw conclusions.By conducting exploratory factor analysis,the factors that can promote the formation of children’s physical exercise behavior and the factors that lead to the failure of the formation of children’s physical exercise behavior were screened,so that the influencing factors of the path of the development of children’s physical exercise behavior could be derived.Research conclusions:(1)Factors influencing the development of children’s physical activity behavior: four influencing factors: children’s internal factors,teaching arrangement and atmosphere,family conditions and atmosphere,and interaction and motivation.(2)The factors influencing each stage of behavior development: the preparation stage includes children’s internal factors,family conditions and environment,and teaching arrangement and atmosphere;the action stage is children’s internal factors,teaching arrangement and atmosphere,and interaction and motivation;the maintenance acquisition stage is interaction and motivation,teaching arrangement and atmosphere,and classwork factors.(3)There are two main paths for the development of physical activity behavior in children,the first one is home conditions and environment,physical quality,and exercise frequency;the second one is learning motivation,teaching arrangement and atmosphere,and exercise frequency..(4)The factors influencing the development of physical activity behaviors in each stage include: the preparation stage is that the teacher is too strict and the classroom learning atmosphere is not strong;the action stage is that parents have too high expectations,too much pressure,frequent teacher changes and the learning content is too difficult;the maintenance acquisition stage is that the pressure of further education is high,the burden of schoolwork is heavy and parents do not suppor. |
