| Objectives: The vertical comparison "double reduction" implementation of the physical activity level of students before and after the two semesters,and explore whether the physical activity level of the students will be improved after the implementation of the "double reduction";The level of physical activity,analyzing the factors that affect the level of physical activity of senior students during the compulsory education stage of Xi’an in the context of the "double reduction",and put forward corresponding countermeasures for existing problems.Methods: This study mainly adopts literature and data law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,testing method and mathematical statistical law to explore the level and influencing factors of students in the background of "double reduction".The physical activity status and influencing factors of 630 primary and secondary school students in Xi ’an were investigated by means of the Children and Adolescents Physical Activity Questionnaire(PAQ-CN),Children and Adolescents Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire(ASAQ-CN)and the influencing factors questionnaire.Two longitudinal surveys were conducted with PAQ-CN among 90 students at the beginning and two semesters after the implementation of "double reduction".Results:(1)The physical activity score of senior students in the compulsory education stage of Xi’an City was increased from 2.57 ± 0.76 at the beginning of the implementation of the "double reduction" to 2.77 ± 0.75(P <0.05)after the implementation of the "double reduction".From 2.82± 0.78 to 3.12 ± 0.66(P <0.05),junior high school students increased from 2.23 ± 0.54 to 2.45 ±0.54(P <0.05),and suburbs from 2.24 ± 0.67 to 2.52 ± 0.67(P < 0.05);(2)After the implementation of the "double reduction",the overall physical activity level of the compulsory education phase of Xi’an in the compulsory education stage of Xi’an City was scored 2.66 ± 0.73,and the boys were2.77 ± 0.73,which was significantly higher than the 2.55 ± 0.71(P <0.01),Primary school students are 2.92 ± 0.72,which is significantly higher than the 2.40 ± 0.64(P <0.01)of junior high school students,and 2.77 ± 0.72 in urban areas,which is significantly higher than 2.54 ± 0.73(P <0.01)of suburban students;(3)Xi’an Xi’an The sedentary time of senior students in the municipal compulsory education stage is 3.22 h/d,and the boys are 3.23 h/d,which is higher than the girl’s3.18 h/d(P> 0.05).The junior high school students are 3.67 h/d,which is significantly higher than that of elementary school students.2.74 h/d(P <0.01),and the students in the urban area are 3.43h/d,which is significantly higher than the 3 h/d(P <0.01)of the students in the suburbs;(4)The maximum activity score is 2.89 ± 0.75,and the physical activity score of students with 4 or more post-class delay services per week is 2.81 ± 0.71,and students participating in physical education training courses every week are 4 or more The highest score of physical activity is 3.07 ± 0.81;(5)"You have more free control time"(β = 0.226,P <0.01)in academic pressure factors and " "Time"(β = 0.098,P <0.05),school factors "Teachers encourage supporting students to participate in post-physical delay services"(β = 0.137,P <0.01),and family factors "Parents will accompany you in leisure time will accompany you with you(Activity "(β = 0.196,P <0.01)and" Parents will support you to participate in physical education extra-curricular training courses "(β = 0.107,P <0.05),and community factors that" community activities in the community "(β = 0.13,P <0.05)can significantly affect the level of physical activity of students.Conclusions:(1)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy for two semesters,the physical activity level of students increased significantly,among which,the physical activity level of boys,junior high school students and students in suburban counties increased significantly;(2)Most of the students are still in the low and medium level of physical activity,while the students with high level of physical activity account for a relatively small proportion.The physical activity level of students in PE class is the highest,but the physical activity level of students in independent activities is relatively low;(3)The physical activity level of senior students in compulsory education stage in Xi ’an has significant differences among different genders,different classes,suburbs and grades.There was no significant difference between genders in sedentary behavior,but significant difference between different classes,suburbs and grades;(4)Students’ physical activity level is affected by the time of completing homework after class every day,The Times of attending after-school sports service and after-class sports training class every week;(5)Students’ physical activity level is significantly affected by parents’ accompanying activities in their spare time,parents’ support for students’ participation in extracurricular sports training classes,students’ free time,students’ non-disclosure of scores and rankings after exams,teachers’ support for students’ participation in after-school sports services,and community activities with peers. |
