| With the development of social diversification,the frequency of juvenile delinquency has increased in recent years.In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors,help the minors involved in the case to receive sustained and stable support from the relevant families and society in the process of reintegration into society,the protection of juvenile crimes in the judicial field has also penetrated into all aspects of our social life.In the process of development,juvenile justice has gradually achieved localization.Among them,the social survey reporting system,which is widely used,as an imported product in the specific practice process of China,constantly develops innovatively according to the actual situation of each place to meet the diversified needs,but it also faces many problems that need to be solved urgently.Starting from the practical experience of the youth zone in Area B on the social investigation of juveniles involved in the case,this study combs through the existing social survey reports in the youth zone,and finds that the current social survey system used in Area B has problems such as high repetition,low logic,and poor systematization in the implementation process.Through the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of the juvenile illegal and criminal acts involved in the case,the author finds that the family is of great significance to the growth and development of the individual,so this study starts from the perspective of the family,based on the theory of family resilience,and takes social work as the starting point,builds a framework for the investigation of the family situation of the minors involved in the case,and fully realizes the scientific and professional nature of the social investigation system.By reconstructing the content of the social survey report on the investigation of family situations,it is of certain significance to fully realize the maximum effectiveness of the social survey system,realize the effective protection of minors,and promote the professionalism of social work participation in the field of juvenile justice. |
