| In recent years, the issue of juvenile development has received increasing attention from society and academia. However, the existing studies treat crime-involved minors as an iron-clad group for generalized analysis, while this paper argues that this analytical approach is problematic, ignoring the differences within the group and thus failing to implement precise interventions. Therefore, this paper selects a more common but less well-researched group of minors involved in fraud as the target for practical research. Therefore,in the first stage of this study,we conducted an observational study on the group of minors involved in fraud served by H Social Work Service, and selected a typical case,Xiao Zhang,as the research object. The author found that Xiao Zhang’s characteristics of self-perception bias, lack of family concept, distorted view of labor, weak legal awareness, negative social attitude and interpersonal cognitive bias are the general characteristics of the group of minors involved in fraud.Based on this, this paper invokes the cognitive-behavioral treatment model, helps the caseworker to analyze and rationalize misperceptions, identifies automated negative thinking, applies Socratic questioning to correct negative underlying assumptions, reveals the problem of deviations in the client’s core beliefs, implements assertiveness training and role play to weaken the caseworker’s trust in old beliefs and strengthen trust in new positive beliefs, and uses the token control method throughout the process to strengthen Expectant behavior, exploring a pathway applicable to correctional research on minors involved in fraud. The study found that the cognitive-behavioral treatment model is effective for the correction of minors involved in fraud in the judicial social work field. However, minors involved in fraud are different from minors involved in other crimes and have unique cognitive characteristics. Therefore, they cannot be treated in the same way,but should be treated in the right way.Obviously, judicial social work can correct the cognitive problems of this type of crime-involved group, but it is ultimately an after-the-fact remedy. In the face of the problems of today’s juvenile delinquents,a multi-pronged approach is needed to address both the symptoms and the root causes. |
