Research On Multi-main Body Collaborative Governance Of Youth Sports Reserve Talents Training In Guangdong Province

In March 2021,the 14 th Five-Year Plan will improve the quality of Chinese citizens and promote the all-round development of social residents,as an important part of improving social civilization and seeking people’s well-being.This requires that the development of sports should not only follow the pace of adjustment of national development strategy,but also promote the effective development of sports in China from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation and talent training.Among them,for competitive sports,improve the scientific level of sports training,ensure the training quality and success rate of young sports reserve talents,cultivate high-level,high-quality sports reserve talents and so on.It becomes the goal to realize the transformation of the development mode of competitive sports in China and the transformation of the training mode of reserve talents of competitive sports.At present,the rapid economic development of Guangdong province and the increase of residents’ per capita disposable income year by year have injected strong impetus into the development of competitive sports and laid a solid foundation for the diversified training mode of reserve talents in competitive sports.The purpose of this study aims to survey and analysis of guangdong youth sports reserve personnel training status quo and more subject more collaborative governance,affecting the effect of training subjects to the youth sports reserve talented person’s factor analysis,in order to find the youth sports reserve personnel training in guangdong province the multi-agent collaborative governance the advantage and the existing problems and gives the corresponding Suggestions.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,case analysis and questionnaire survey to sort out the development status of the multi-subject training mode of the youth sports reserve talents in Guangdong Province,based on the problems existing in the coordinated training of the government,social organizations,the market and the public.This paper analyzes the development dilemma of training mode of youth sports reserve talents in Guangdong Province.Research results show that channels of guangdong sports reserve personnel training is a step by step "convergence" trend,but the reserve personnel training management system of the government main body as the leading factor,social organization,market and public main body to the pattern of the auxiliary,putting the administrative management system is relatively independent and each system functional division of labor is different,the main differences between training objectives.Although the Government of Guangdong province has gradually delegated power and opened up competitive sports,social subjects and the public on the whole have weak functions to participate in management,leading to many resources and reward mechanisms that cannot be shared among various subjects.It is found that guangdong province is actively trying multiple collaborative governance of sports reserve talents training,namely the mode of sports reserve talents training with the government,social organizations,market and the public,and has achieved excellent results in the national competitions.However,there are many problems in the multi-governance model due to the imbalance of multi-governance,such as the difficulty of coordination among various subjects,which affects the governance effect.The age structure of the youth sports reserve talents under various training subjects is unreasonable,the youth sports reserve talents lack of international competition experience,and the overall scientific research ability of coaches needs to be improved.The problem that the related resources cannot be shared among the main bodies is more prominent.The research suggestions hope to establish the overall consciousness of overall planning and coordination among the multi-subjects,strengthen the organizational leadership and the cultivation of multi-subjects,strengthen the construction of institutions,and select the collaborative way and formulate the collaborative method.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical support for the multi-body collaborative governance of youth sports reserve talent training in Guangdong Province,improve the quality of sports reserve talent training,and provide a certain reference for subsequent researchers on the multi-body collaborative governance of youth sports reserve talent training.
