In March 2022,The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Building a Higher Level of National Fitness Public Service System,which proposed that,under the guidance of the government and the participation of various sectors of society,the distribution of resources should be optimized,the supply of services should be expanded,the people’s expectations for high-quality life content should be promoted,and the diverse needs of the people should be continuously met.With the continuous improvement of material life,people pay more and more attention to health and quality of life.As an important carrier to develop sports and promote people’s health in China,the large-scale sports stadiums shoulder the historical mission of the new era.However,according to the survey,the services of the largescale sports stadiums in Guangzhou can not fully meet the needs of the public.Based on this realistic dilemma and historical mission,this paper studies the differentiated needs of consumers in the service of guangzhou large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums,hoping to promote the differentiated supply services of Guangzhou large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums,meet the diversified needs of the public for sports,and then promote the process of building a sports power in China.Using methods such as literature,interviews,research and case studies,and theories such as social stratification,demand level and new public service as theoretical tools,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of consumer demand differentiation in the service of largescale stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangzhou.The main research contents are as follows: This paper classifies the consumers in the service of guangzhou large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums,and analyzes the difference of the service demands of different consumers in the face of stadium supply from three aspects of sports consumption characteristics,sports consumption structure and sports consumption elements.Through interviews with experts and venue managers and combined with survey data,this paper analyzes the realistic difficulties and causes of differentiation in the services of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangzhou,and finds that,In the service process,the large stadiums in Guangzhou cannot fully meet the differentiated needs of consumers,the service projects cannot be carried out in accordance with the reality,the communication platform between stadiums and the masses is insufficient,and the service system of stadiums and gymnasiums is not smooth.Secondly,a case study of Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center is conducted to summarize the actual situation of venue operation through interviews with venue managers and consumers.The advantages and disadvantages of tianhe Sports Center’s differentiated consumption realization are extracted from consumers’ differentiated needs and venue differentiated services.To study and put forward the countermeasures for the realization of differentiated consumer demand in the service of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangzhou,we can optimize the service supply channels of stadiums and gymnasiums by giving full play to the guidance of government macro policies,strengthen the maintenance level of main body relationship,and plan the allocation of resource elements to gradually realize differentiated services.First of all,the government should give full play to the guiding role of macro policies,improve the level of government management,promote the collaborative governance of multiple entities,and constantly improve the level of public guidance.Secondly,in the process of operation,the venue can improve the supply capacity of service products through reasonable transformation of misplaced supply,introduction of joint services by enterprises and training of compound talents.Third,in the maintenance of consumer relations,venues should actively play the role of market research,and continuously strengthen the transmission of consumer value,improve consumer demand satisfaction.In addition,venues can introduce social capital to optimize the layout of venues and improve the quality of service content,so as to meet the current situation of differentiated demands of consumers.
