In 2001,"Chinese Curriculum Standards for Full-time Compulsory Education(Experimental Draft)" for the first time explicitly proposed "Comprehensive Chinese learning",which has become an important part of teaching materials along with literacy and writing,reading,writing and oral communication.Comprehensive Chinese learning is a way of learning that connects students’ extensive social life with their existing experience and promotes their comprehensive improvement of Chinese literacy by comprehensively applying Chinese knowledge and own experience in practical activities.Chinese comprehensive learning has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,practicality and language,and plays an important role in improving students’ Chinese literacy.The unified Chinese textbook for junior middle school was compiled by the Ministry of Education and started to be promoted and used in the autumn of 2016.The arrangement of the textbook differs from the previous version to some extent,and the comprehensive Chinese learning module also provides new ideas for teachers’ teaching practice.The development of comprehensive Chinese learning can improve students’ ability to use the language and characters,the development of higher-order thinking,aesthetic appreciation,cultural identity and so on,and improve the overall level of students.At present,the academic circle has made a lot of achievements on how to carry out the comprehensive study of Chinese,and has also achieved certain results in teaching practice,but there are still some unsatisfactory places in the implementation process.For example,although some students are interested in carrying out comprehensive Chinese learning,and some teachers are aware of the importance of comprehensive Chinese learning,teachers are not skilled enough in the process of carrying out comprehensive Chinese learning due to the shortage of class hours and lack of systematic training.In addition,schools do not pay attention to comprehensive Chinese learning,the lack of comprehensive Chinese learning teaching resources,and so on,is also the actual development of comprehensive Chinese learning problems.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of comprehensive Chinese learning,combined with relevant research results and excellent practice cases of comprehensive Chinese learning,this study tries to put forward the following suggestions:first,promote the development of students with specific and clear goals and standards;Second,the skillful use of task-driven,to encourage students to participate in the comprehensive learning of Chinese,so that the practical ability of students to improve;The third is to build a diversified scaffold for students,provide a ladder for the development of students’ thinking,improve the level of students’ thinking;Fourthly,students’ achievements should be evaluated in a variety of ways and their behaviors in comprehensive Chinese learning should be evaluated in a scientific way.It is of great significance to explore the teaching strategies of Chinese comprehensive learning in junior middle school for guiding the development of Chinese comprehensive learning activities and improving students’ Chinese core literacy.
