Research On The Development Of Autism Rehabilitation Institutions Based On Community Cooperation

In recent years,with the increasing incidence of autism among adolescents,the society has paid great attention to autistic patients and their rehabilitation support system.Private autism rehabilitation institutions play an important role in the recovery process of patients.However,due to the late start,short development time,weak social support,and uneven institutional level of private autism rehabilitation institutions in China,the existing private autism rehabilitation institutions have some difficulties in the process of professional and localized development.The existing problems greatly limit the sustainable development of private autism rehabilitation institutions,and are not conducive to the healthy and standardized development of the autism rehabilitation system.Based on these practical problems,this paper selects Zhejiang Riyuexingchen Children’s Growth Assistance Center and Hangzhou Qimingxing Children’s Rehabilitation Center as the research objects,and uses the interview method and data analysis method to analyze the professional services,funds,and human resources of private autism rehabilitation institutions,to carry out research on four aspects of foreign relations,and analyze the main problems existing in the development of institutions.By comparing the community cooperation between the two institutions,the principal of the institution is the main object of investigation,and at the same time,combined with the interviews with the teachers,community residents,and community staff of the institution,using the ecosystem theory,analyzes and summarizes the institution’s community cooperation model to promote the resolution and sustainability of the institution’s predicament.The practical experience of healthy development and its mechanism of action.The study found that its mechanism of action mainly includes five aspects:balancing resource allocation and institutional development needs,improving the internal personnel structure of the institution,optimizing service content and rehabilitation effects,expanding service objects,and developing an autism social inclusion model.This paper summarizes the general enlightenment of the cooperation between autism rehabilitation institutions and the community to promote the development of institutions,in order to provide certain theoretical and practical references for the construction and development of other private autism rehabilitation institutions.
