Research On Capacity Building Of Social Work Service Institutions For The Aged

On the one hand,according to the data of population development in shaanxi province showed an aging population has become one of the important factors influencing the shaanxi population structure,the aging speed of endowment enterprise puts forward new challenge.In addition,the current life expectancy,the improvement of the quality of life and the change of family structure have made the burden of the old work heavier.On the other hand,there is a gap between the number of existing pension service institutions and the elderly population,and the services provided by the institutions cannot meet the needs of the elderly.The various challenges presented by the pension industry require the professional and professional development of the pension industry.Geriatric social work as a professional working methods,work in the service concept and method,and has unique advantages,meet the needs of the elderly and the elderly as social work service agencies in the elderly service platform for the professional services,agency's own ability to improve service quality,meet the needs of society,institution itself the benign development of sustainable development and industry has a crucial impact.But the author found in the literature review and field survey of the current elderly social work service agencies in capacity building there are still some problems,such as lack of awareness of ability construction resource acquisition ability is limited,external dependence is stronger,insufficient standardization and standardization of construction,construction and management of human resources ability insufficiency,the propaganda of lack of ability.The elderly as a community public welfare organizations,social work services agency own hematopoietic function,institutions need to learn from external resources institutions maintain normal operation,so how to improve the organization's internal and external environment,strengthen the institutional capacity building,improve institutional autonomy degree is thinking about in this paper.On the basis of this research mainly adopts the method of case study,using interviews,participatory observation and literature edition related information,on the basis of field survey to understand the old social work service agencies internal governance and external public relations handling capacity of the status quo,analyze the elderly problems and reasons of the construction of the social work service ability,finally the author emphatically from two aspects of internal and external factors put forward advice on how to strengthen the institutional capacity building.
