Sweet Encounter Or Fatal Temptation

In order to focus on the intervention bottleneck of men who have sex with men(MSM)in China and explore the effective intervention path,this paper uses the qualitative research method to qualitatively analyze the data of individual interviews of 15 MSM college students from February to may 2021,take the behavior occurrence process as the clue,deeply excavate the similarities and differences of the development path of high-risk sexual behavior of individual cases,and present the mechanism before,during and after the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior of MSM college students.The study found that the occurrence of MSM college students’ high-risk sexual behavior is subject to the multiple effects of the individual’s internal and external environment.It is a gradual path formed by the interaction of multi-dimensional nodes.Personality traits,psychological subjectivity,circle culture and face value mate selection preference are important driving factors before the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior,The lack of self-discipline composed of bounded rationality and priority of physiological feelings,as well as the external environmental pull composed of social networks and uncontrollable real situations,are the key factors affecting the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior.Before the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior,MSM college students’ sexual awakening to the confirmation of their own sexual orientation is the beginning of their interpersonal communication with the outside world as a gay role identity.The embedding of group internal cognition and external identity has gradually strengthened MSM college students’ sexual orientation and mate selection and dating preference.With the implantation of the inducement of high-risk sexual behavior choice of getting acquainted with and involved in sexual objects,MSM college students hold multiple capital conditions in different social fields for relationship interaction and game,and the phenotypic conditions form a strong sexual attraction.The source of dating channels and social circles,sexual capital conditions and spouse value evaluation,and the long-term and short-term mentality and objectives of concluding relationships affect the depth of communication attitude,interpersonal trust and emotional investment of MSM college students in getting to know each other’s sexual objects.Finally,Due to the difference in the expression of sexual consciousness and the difference in the expression of adorable objects,the types of sexual objects and the formation mechanism of individual psychological psychology,the difference of the microenvironment between the family,the environment of friends circle and the occurrence of sexual behavior,and the degree of knowledge about AIDS and the difference of health values,MSM students have formed four main cases of high-risk sexual behavior under the multiple factors: unintentional neglect,consensual type,and Active expectation type and passive coping type,while the behavior order of MSM college students after high-risk sexual behavior presents two types of differentiation: one is to return to the traditional order and terminate high-risk sexual behavior,and the other is the new order and continuous high-risk sexual behavior.The study believes that it is difficult to avoid the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior only relying on the individual strength of MSM college students.It needs the joint participation of government departments,colleges and universities and influential MSM network dating platforms to open up the channel from knowledge mastery to the formation of high-risk beliefs,and then to the establishment of safe sexual behavior.It is suggested that the government and departments should intervene early and design peer group narrative intervention courses based on local conditions,so as to promote the formation of correct early cognition of MSM college students and enhance their ability to resist external temptation;Colleges and universities enhance the quality of sex education,provide a relatively friendly and inclusive guidance environment,and scientifically guide college students to correctly use the existing AIDS information and human capital to enhance their safety and prevention ability.MSM network dating platform needs to set up a STD / AIDS risk early warning mechanism.At the same time,it provides remedial reminders for MSM college students after high-risk sexual behaviors,so as to form a social force in an orderly way,and build a comprehensive intervention strategy system based on preventive behavior as a result oriented,and jointly protect the health of MSM college students.
