In recent years,in response to the innovation driven strategy put forward by the state, more and more scholars have carried out research on regional innovation capability, taking innovation output as an important evaluation method of regional innovation performance, and understanding the relationship between regional innovation input and innovation output is conducive to an in-depth understanding of the actual situation of regional innovation factor distribution, optimizing the allocation of innovation resources and improving the regional innovation system,Further enhance regional innovation competitiveness. The region with strong correlation between innovation and output presents a high degree of knowledge flow collection and diffusion. In this way,the region will gradually become a "hub" with innovation services as the main functional characteristics. This "hub" is a gathering area of R&D activities and plays an important role in technological innovation activities of universities and enterprises.Read a large number of studies by scholars at home and abroad,It is found that the geographical Innovation Hub plays the role of "bridge" in the technological innovation activities between universities and enterprises, and promotes the technological innovation cooperation between enterprises outside the hub and universities in the hub to a certain extent. For this, this paper puts forward a bold conjecture: is there such a spatial Innovation Hub in the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta, which also plays the role of "bridge" in promoting the technological innovation activities of universities and enterprises? Firstly,by combing the relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the agglomeration of innovation output in the Yangtze River Delta Based on the modified gravity model, and defines the innovation output hub area in the Yangtze River Delta; Then it analyzes and interprets the "hub effect",and analyzes the regulatory effect of enterprise technology type and enterprise scale on the hub effect of university enterprise technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of enterprises themselves; Finally,it mainly explores the impact of university enterprise geographical distance, cooperation foundation and local policy support on the hub effect of university enterprise technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta. This study found that the University Enterprise Technological Innovation Hub effect in the Yangtze River Delta is embodied as follows: the high innovation agglomeration of the innovation output hub in the Yangtze River Delta creates a good R&D environment for the university enterprise technological innovation, attracts the attention of enterprises to the universities in the innovation output hub, plays an important bridge role in the technological innovation activities between universities and enterprises, and improves the quality of university enterprise technological innovation,It not only promotes the flow of local knowledge, but also expands the influence scope of academic achievements in Colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the impact of different factors on the University Enterprise Technological Innovation Hub effect in the Yangtze River Delta from the two aspects of the enterprise itself and the external environment: on the one hand, the enterprise technology type and enterprise scale have a positive regulatory effect on the University Enterprise Technological Innovation Hub effect in the Yangtze River Delta; On the other hand, the foundation of university enterprise cooperation and local policy support have a negative regulatory effect on the hub effect of university enterprise technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta.
