Research On The Impact Of Spillover Effects Of Agglomeration Of Universities On Enterprise Innovation

University agglomeration is a trend in the spatial layout of colleges and universities in the past 20 years.In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is not only the patent of enterprises,as a field of research and development and a source of talent,universities are important factors for building regional innovation system.University agglomeration brings rich innovation resources and brings new opportunities for enterprise innovation.Therefore,the research on the spillover effect of University agglomeration and enterprise innovation plays an important role in promoting the innovation of universities and enterprises.Based on the knowledge production function of Griliches-Jaffe,this paper constructs the model of the spillover effect of university agglomeration on enterprise innovation.This paper selects the human capital spillover effect,structure capital spillover effect and relationship capital spillover effect of university agglomeration to measure the the spillover effect of knowledge capital in the agglomeration of universities,and based on the location entropy method,the spillover effect of university agglomeration is calculated.Taking Guangzhou University town as an example,this paper takes 82 listed companies in the 1.5 hours economic circle of Guangzhou University city as the research object,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence and lag effect of the spillover effect of the university agglomeration on the enterprise innovation,and carries out the regression analysis based on the distance gradient difference,in order to analyze the spillover effect of the university agglomeration on the enterprise innovation from the spatial dimension.The study found that the spillover effect of agglomeration has a positive impact on enterprise innovation,the spillover effect of the human capital,structural capital agglomeration and relationship capital of university agglomeration have the positive impact on innovation output,and the influence of human capital spillover effect of university agglomeration on enterprise innovation is greater than the the influence of structure capital agglomeration and relationship capital spillover effect of university agglomeration;the spillover effect of the human capital,structural capital agglomeration and relationship capital of university agglomeration have the lagged impact on innovation output,and the spillover effect of the two lag period has the greatest impact on the enterprise innovation;based on the distance gradient difference,the influence of human capital spillover effect on enterprise innovation is not related to the distance between university city and enterprises,the influence of the structural capital spillover effect and relational capital spillover effect on the enterprise innovation is related to the distance between the university city and the enterprises.Finally,based on the spillover effect of university agglomeration,in order to promote the increase of enterprise innovation output,this paper puts forward three path of spillover and some countermeasures on how to increase the input of universities in scientific research,increase R&D input in enterprises,improve the absorptive capacity of enterprises,speed up the flow of human capital promote,the construction of University Science Park,improve the absorptive capacity of enterprises and strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprises.
