Research On The Supervision Of Online Fundraising Platforms In My Country

Online donation has the advantages of wide influence,fast propagation,diversified donation channels,low donation cost,no time and space constraints on donation behavior,and recipients can receive donations in a short time.With the continuous development of "Internet +",online donation platform has become one of the important channels for charitable donation and is developing rapidly.According to the 《Charity Blue Book: China Charity Development Report(2020)》,by the end of2019,China’s online fund-raising platform,as an intermediate channel for online fund-raising,had received more than 1 million hits,attention and participation in online fund-raising.The total amount of donations received exceeded 5.4 billion,accounting for 4.1% of the total amount of social donations.However,some online fund-raising platforms still have many problems,such as non-standard operation,unfair competition,inadequate supervision and so on.How to promote the orderly and healthy development of Internet fund-raising in China,further strengthen the construction of external regulatory organizations,and improve the supervision level of online fund-raising platforms has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the mechanism of Internet fund-raising platform,combined with relevant cases in the field of network fund-raising,this paper clarifies the definitions of network fund-raising,network fund-raising platform,network fund-raising platform supervision and so on;Combed the theoretical basis of collaborative governance theory and voluntary failure theory;This paper introduces the development and supervision status of China’s online fund-raising platform,including supervision subject,supervision content,supervision mode,supervision means and so on;This paper expounds the problems existing in the supervision of China’s network fund-raising platform,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of legal system,mechanism design defects,lack of collaborative governance,backward supervision means,etc;Combined with the advanced practice effect of foreign network fund-raising platforms,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of the operation of network fund-raising platforms in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including the design of legal system,the design of supervision mechanism,collaborative governance system,supervision means,the construction of external supervision organizations,etc.
