| Objective: Taking northern Guizhou area as an example to explore the status quo, influencing factors and intervention of non-suicidal self-injury behavior among high school students through questionnaire survey and family-based therapy,in order to provide some reference for prevention and behavioral intervention of non-suicidal self-injury behavior among high school students. Methods: Non-suicidal Self-injury Behavior Scale,Family Cohesion and Adaptability Scale, the School Climate Scale and Adolescent Life Event Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Form Scale,Adolescent Self-control Dual System Scale were conducted among 1795 high school students, using Epi Data 3.1 to establish a database for data entry,SPSS 23.0 was used for data statistics and analysis, and Amos was used for mediation test and Bootstrap analysis. And family-based therapy was used to treat NSSI in high school students. Results: Study 1: The non-suicidal self-injury of high school students in Northern Guizhou was below the average level; There were statistically significant differences in scores of NSSI among high school students of different grades, whether they live in school, whether they work in class or not, whether they stay behind, different school types, different grades, different family structures, educational level of parents and different places of origin(p<0.05).Study 2: NSSI was negatively correlated with family cohesion and adaptability(r=-0.27,-0.28,p<0.01),school climate(r=-0.16,-0.22,-0.08,p<0.01),and good control system(r=-0.51,-0.41,p<0.01).NSSI was positively correlated with negative life events(r=0.44,0.42,0.37,0.33,0.33,0.37,p<0.01),neuroticism(r=0.53,p<0.01),the not good control system(r=0.54,0.47,0.47,p<0.01).Family cohesion and adaptability(β=0.10,p<0.01),negative life events(β=0.28,p<0.001),neuroticism(β=0.26,p<0.001),good control system(β=-1.47,p<0.001),not good control system(β=1.44,p<0.001)could significantly predict NSSI.Study 3: There were statistically significant differences in the scores of all variables before and after family-based therapy in the intervention group(t=-2.590,-2.248,2.150,p<0.05)),and statistically significant differences in the scores of all variables in the post-test between the intervention group and the control group(t=-2.590,-2.248,2.150,p<0.05).Conclusion:Family cohesion and adaptability, school climate, negative life events, neuroticism and self-control dual-system were all correlated with NSSI in senior high school students.Self-control dual-system played multiple mediating role in the relationship between family cohesion and adaptability, negative life events, neuroticism and NSSI.family-based therapy can effectively reduce the occurrence of NSSI among high school students. |
