China’s headhunting companies are constantly optimizing themselves and improving their management levels by strengthening training,standardizing performance appraisal systems,investing in informatization construction,and using new technologies,and finally realizing service upgrades and value upgrades.Managers of many headhunting companies value performance the most.KPIs are mainly used in performance-based wages.Relatively speaking,the assessment dimension is single,and performance feedback and communication are lacking.The performance management system is very imperfect in headhunting companies.In developing countries in Europe and the United States,many large-scale mature headhunters have complete performance management systems.There is still a certain gap between headhunting companies in developing countries.This thesis takes the headhunting consultant of Aimsen Human Resource Service Company as the research object.First of all,through the understanding of the current situation of the performance management system of headhunting consultants of Aimsen Human Resource Service Company,some analysis and diagnosis are carried out for its existing problems.Secondly,based on the relevant performance management theories and performance appraisal tools,improve the design of the headhunting consultant performance management of Aimsen Human Resources Service Company,align the company’s strategic goals,and specifically design the headhunting consultant performance management system,process,method and application of results in four aspects.Through KPI combined with flexible OKR assessment tools,a performance management system suitable for knowledge-based employees is formed.Finally,the improvement of the performance management system is a multi-party cooperation process,and enterprises need to provide supporting measures to make the performance management system improvement be implemented.Through the operation of the initially formed whole-process performance management system,the level of cooperation between headhunting consultants and employees’ job satisfaction will be improved,and the goal of sustainable operation and development of the enterprise will be guaranteed.The development of headhunting companies mainly depends on the performance improvement of headhunting consultants,so it is particularly important to improve the performance management system of headhunting consultants.The main purpose of this thesis is to put forward the evaluation scheme of OKR combined with KPI tool by analyzing the working characteristics of headhunting consultants and the current situation of performance management of the company,and improve the design of the overall performance management system,so as to help think about how to carry out performance management of business employees in human resources service industry.The research content of this paper will provide theoretical tools and practical significance for the performance management of headhunting consultants in headhunting companies.
