An Interventional Study Of Social Disorders In Children With Asperger Syndrome Based On Cognitive Behavioral Theory

Since the concept of "autism" was put forward by Leo Kanner,an American child psychiatrist in 1943,the prevalence rate of autism has been on the rise worldwide,and the group of people with autism has gradually come into the public eye.Although the research on autism started late in our country,a large number of research results have been accumulated.Although Asperger’s syndrome and autism are both subtypes of pervasive developmental disorders,the public’s attention and awareness of Asperger’s syndrome is relatively low.Many patients exhibit symptoms of Asperger’s from infancy or early development and are not diagnosed until adulthood,missing out on the prime years of intervention.At the core of Asperger’s syndrome are difficulties in interpersonal communication and stereotyped behaviors,and difficulties in establishing harmonious peer relationships with peers.As a humanities discipline with the core value of helping others and helping themselves,social work should be involved in the rehabilitation and social integration of this vulnerable group,helping them to improve their social skills,master the correct way of making friends,and assist them to adapt to social life and smoothly return to school and society.In this study,8-year old children with Asperger’s disease were selected as the research object.The basic information of the service object was collected by literature method,participatory observation method and interview method.Under the condition of understanding the growth background and life experience of the service object,the social difficulties faced by the service object were objectively analyzed.Unreasonable way of social interaction,limited interest and stereotyped way of behavior.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,the social work case work method is used to carry out interventional therapy on the service objects,correct the cognitive deviation of the service objects in social aspects,enhance their control ability of bad behaviors,improve their social ability,relieve social anxiety,make them master reasonable social ways,and finally integrate into the school and society smoothly.Through the study,it is found that social work plays a certain role in the intervention of social disorders in children with Asperger’s.Meanwhile,it also reflects on the role positioning of social workers in the intervention of rehabilitation of children with Asperger’s and the shortcomings of the research,hoping that the research results can further enrich the practice of Asperger’s syndrome.Supplement the cases of social work in the rehabilitation of children with Asperger’s syndrome,and guide the public to accept the Asperger’s syndrome group.
