As General Secretary Xi Jinping has said," Education is a cause of decisive significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." And Chinese education undertakes the important task of mother tongue education,and is the foundation of all education.In the Chinese education and teaching activities,the importance of teachers is beyond doubt.The growth of senior high school Chinese teachers also plays an extremely important role in the development and growth of China’s education cause.How to improve the teaching quality of the high school Chinese first-time teachers to adapt to the new wave of the current education reform,how to complete the role change more quickly to better adapt to the professional environment,faster from the first teacher to an expert teacher has become an important problem to be solved.The so-called high school Chinese teacher refers to a high school Chinese teacher who has completed relevant courses and pre-service training,has obtained the high school teacher qualification certificate and been employed in a high school,but fails to fully adapt to the role of teacher,cannot meet the teaching requirements,lacks experience in teaching event handling and classroom management,and has served for less than four years.According to Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory,constructivism theory and Fessler’s theory of teacher growth stage,after the field questionnaire results and interviews in several high schools,we can find the teaching quality of junior high school teachers,including: rich knowledge of Chinese and related subjects,good speaking expression,comprehensive information technology,weak Chinese foundation,poor reading ability,low teaching design,and inadequate teaching skills.In view of the above status quo,the following ways can improve the teaching quality of high school Chinese teachers quickly and effectively.First,attach importance to continuing Chinese education,Including the new teachers to conduct a variety of Chinese education professional training,actively participate in various Chinese teaching forums,to carry out extracurricular learning,take the initiative to strengthen extracurricular reading training;second,Strengthen the reading of the Chinese classics,Including the reading of Chinese traditional Chinese classics,Chinese modern Chinese classics and foreign ancient and modern Chinese classics;third,Strengthening the teaching design ability,Including a clear and thorough understanding of the theme of Chinese curriculum standards,familiar with the use of various teaching design modes,in-depth study of the unified compilation of the new teaching materials,and fully grasp the basic situation of students;fourth,Focus on training your teaching skills,Including upgrading the language expression ability,polishing the classroom control ability,improve the design level of blackboard writing.
