| Education is the foundation of a country’s development,our country attaches great importance to the healthy development of education and gives priority to the strategic position of education development.In recent years,due to the development of economy,society and other aspects,people’s pursuit of higher education is also more intense,especially as the enrollment of graduate students continues to expand,providing opportunities for more people,at the same time,postgraduate entrance examination counseling institutions have also ushered in development opportunities.But meanwhile,more and more institutions want to share a "cake" in the field of postgraduate entrance examination counseling,making the competition fierce.In the era of "Internet plus",there are a variety of postgraduate entrance examination counseling courses,including offline and online combination and multiple modes of live recording and broadcasting.However,the overall differentiation of courses is small,mainly divided into three forms:online,online and offline combination,and offline intensive training.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,offline training institutions have been greatly affected.How to "survive" in the fierce market competition and continuously make their own sustainable development is something that every institution needs to seriously consider.Therefore,this paper uses The Canvas model of Ostwald business model and previous research results,and adopts the methods of inductive analysis,case study analysis,interview,comparative research and analysis.In this paper,the macro environmental PEST analysis model is first used to analyze the external macro environment of K Company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project,and it is concluded that although there are some negative factors in the current external macro environment for the development of postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,the overall positive role.Then ostwald’s business model canvas model is used to analyze the current situation of the business model of K company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project,and use the SWOT model to summarize and analyze the current advantages and disadvantages of the K company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project and the opportunities and threats of the external environment.It is concluded that K company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project has both advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and threats;Finally,the blue ocean strategy theory is used to reshape the value curve of the K company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project,so as to propose a business model optimization plan from multiple perspectives,focusing on creating a personalized training course that integrates offline and online,and pays attention to technological innovation.Technology development assists teaching to raise barriers,and at the same time pays attention to the training of academic affairs and consulting teams,making it its own core advantage,and achieving the goal of complementing and promoting each other with the curriculum.After the optimization scheme is determined,this paper compares and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the old and new business models of K Company’s graduate school entrance examination assemble for training project through the advantages and disadvantages evaluation tool.The new business model can improve the competitiveness of K Company’s graduate school entrance examination assemble for training project and meet the future development needs of K Company’s postgraduate entrance examination assemble for training project department.Aiming at the implementation of the new business model,this paper also puts forward a series of security suggestions to reduce the implementation risk of the new business model.There are 25 figures,17 tables,and 60 references in this article. |
