| The primary stage of compulsory education is a critical period for students to establish good moral character,form good study and behavior habits,and master the basic knowledge and thinking methods of the subject.However,due to the pressure from competitions of being admitted to schools of better quality or higher levels,the environmental impact of examination-oriented education,and the promotion of off-campus training institutions,phenomena such as “excessive teaching”,“over-curriculum teaching” and “advanced teaching”which seriously disrupt the teaching order,violate the educational laws and educational equality,occur frequently.As a result,the involution of education is becoming more and more serious,which destroys the construction of a health educational ecology.In this regard,China introduced and implemented the “Double Reduction” policy.While teachers are implementing the policy of“Double Reduction”,it is urgent that teachers know how to make full use of every minute and second in class,stimulate students’ interest in learning,arouse students’ enthusiasm to participate in class,and try their best to achieve teaching objectives in class,truly solve the involution issue of education from the source,and guide students to focus on learning in the classroom and curriculum.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature research,one-on-one interviews and questionnaire.In the literature review,the author summarized and analyzed the current research of domestic and foreign scholars on teachers’ teaching behavior and classroom teaching efficiency.The author then,based on literature review,designed an interview protocol and a questionnaire for the study of classroom teaching efficiency improvement behavior of primary school teachers,and mainly investigated the teachers of urban primary schools in Yueyang area.Eight primary school teachers’ interview data and 3,720 questionnaire data were collected,among which 3,340 were valid.The validation rate of questionnaire was 89.78%,which met the valid research standard.According to the survey,under the background of “Double Reduction”,primary school teachers have made some achievement in the reform of teaching behavior: the setting of teaching objectives is more scientific,the teaching process is continuously optimized,and teachers actively encourage students to participate in classroom learning.At the same time,there are also some problems: adopted teaching methods is relatively simple and repetitive,the arrangement of teaching time is not reasonable,the use of educational technology is superficial,the reform of homework content is not strong enough,students’ learning outcomes are not paid enough attention,and teachers’ teaching reflection is not deep enough.The causes of these problems can be mainly analyzed from four aspects: teachers’ professional quality,school management level,students’ basic ability and parents’ cooperation degree.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the author puts forward some management strategies for primary school teachers’ teaching behavior from the perspective of education administrators from three aspects: teachers,schools and society,so as to improve classroom teaching efficiency and better implement the “Double Reduction” policy.First of all,teachers should create development opportunities for students.By strengthening theoretical study and studying educational policies,teachers can build up theoretical guidance for their teaching behaviors.Teachers should also prepare lessons carefully and systematically,and plan teaching behavior reasonably.In addition,they should pay attention to the teaching process,attach importance to formative evaluation,and provide feedback for adjusting and improving teaching behavior.Secondly,the school should provide effective guidance for teachers,for example,encouraging different perspectives by breaking the limitation of teaching and research within only one subject;strengthening the in-service training of teachers and improving their educational and teaching ability;establishing an inter-school cooperation and exchange mechanism to broaden the reform ideas and vision.Finally,the community should provide services for healthy home-school cooperation. |
