| As early as the end of 2010,the state issued the Guidelines for Civilized Etiquette Education in Primary and secondary schools,requiring local education administrative departments and primary and secondary schools to pay attention to students’ etiquette education.And in the "outline" clearly pointed out,to let the students understand the importance of civilized etiquette and can develop good civilized etiquette behavior habits,do clear and polite integrity of qualified citizens.For a long time,China has been recognized by the international community of etiquette,etiquette culture has a long history.In the modern society that pursues the construction of spiritual civilization and emphasizes the cultural confidence,the "etiquette culture" as an important part of the Chinese traditional culture cannot be ignored.At the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,education gave top priority to improving people’s livelihood and strengthening society,making cultivating people by virtue as the fundamental task of education,and striving to train socialist builders and successors who are well-developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and professionally."Cultivating morality with courtesy,cultivating virtue with courtesy" shows that civilized etiquette plays an important role in the formation of moral character.It is an important measure to treat people to improve students’ personal quality and build a harmonious campus.The study was mainly based on the etiquette status of a high school student in the C district of Shantou City,and 549 high school students were investigated in the form of questionnaire star,among which the ratio of boys and girls was 1:2,consistent with the actual ratio of men and women.The following conclusions are obtained: On the whole,the average value of high school students’ etiquette cognition,the class etiquette behavior,extracurricular etiquette behavior and the attitude towards etiquette education are in a high range,that is to say,the etiquette level of the research object is good.However,the performance of some questions in the questionnaire,such as "answering phone calls" and "swearing",among middle school students is uneven.Therefore,the study interviewed the representatives of teachers and students to supplement the shortcomings of the questionnaire.Through interviews with teachers and students,the study found that the students’ etiquette status does exist some problems: students’ etiquette cognitive level needs to be improved,students’ class etiquette behavior is self-binding,extracurricular etiquette behavior is influenced by the environment,think etiquette and etiquette education has an important role for individuals,the core of the etiquette is fuzzy.Under the guidance of social learning theory,research from the perspective of students and teachers different perspective,mainly schools not set up students as the main body of etiquette education goals,etiquette related curriculum construction including evaluation standards and the teaching way,teaching process lack of professional etiquette guidance,lack of interactive behavior experience with students,students cannot well implement the etiquette behavior,cannot achieve the goal of courtesy education,also cannot contribute to the formation of good etiquette literacy.Based on the above problems in the current situation,some suggestions are put forward: in addition to the concept construction,teaching process,atmosphere creation and etiquette education with relevant etiquette teams,we can try to establish a trinity joint system with the family and community outside the school. |
