In the post-epidemic period,there is an urgent need to improve the physical and mental health of students.In 2020,a sudden new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)spread across the country.In the face of sudden events in the world of public health,this can cause acute psychosocial stress in the human body,which affects the physical and mental health of people.During the epidemic,the emotional and volitional behavior of primary and secondary school students was poor,so more collaboration factors should be sought in physical education and health lessons so that students can actively communicate and collaborate in open-air outdoor physical education classes to increase commitment.students The effectiveness and spirit of cooperation became especially important.Prerequisites for the reform of school physical education in the new era,the model of cooperative learning is applied to the teaching of physical education in primary school in combination with the concept of "physical training" in the Chinese model of health education and the basic structure of joint learning.models,the goal is to meet the requirements of "Thoughts of the New Era".,diligent practice,regular competition.".This article aims to prove that the cooperative learning regime has a positive effect on the physical fitness of younger students,knowledge of physical and health,productivity,commitment,spirit of cooperation and group cohesion.The cooperative learning model learning experiment uses research methods such as questionnaires,mathematical statistics,literature data and observations to collect relevant data on the cooperative learning model and the physical and mental health of young people.The experiment in physical education and health course in the semester(48 class hours),the content of training is mainly sports skills in basketball and basic sports skills.Using SPSS22.0 to analyze the mean and test T of the collected data,the study shows that:(1)After the experiment,the assessment of teamwork ability of the experimental and control classes was tested by T-test,and the results showed that there are significant differences in the three indicators of cooperation consciousness,competition consciousness and group cohesion(P <0.05).This shows that a cooperative learning regime can increase students ’sense of cooperation,competition and group cohesion,as well as significantly improve students’ ability to work in a team.(2)After the experiment,the experimental and control groups were divided into male and female groups using the T-test of physical fitness.The results showed that both learning modes can help improve students’ physical fitness.0.05)and 50-meter run(P = 0.043 < 0.05),as well as girls in long jump standing(P = 0.001 < 0.05)and running for 800 meters(P = 0.015 < 0.05),compared with the control group,there were significant differences,which indicates that the mode of cooperative learning Module of physical training can increase the physical fitness of students.(3)After using the cooperative learning mode,the basketball skills of the students of the experimental and control groups improved compared to the previous ones,but the boys of the experimental group were much better than the boys of the control group in defensive sliding,fixed point shooting and synchronous lying.control group in shooting from a fixed point and lying on one side step.Improving the results of shooting from a fixed point significantly indicates that the students of the experimental group strengthened their technical skills and improved competitiveness.(4)After the use of the group cooperative learning regime,the test results of the students of the experimental and control groups improved compared to the indicators before the experiment,but there was no significant difference. |
