Health Physical Education Curriculum Model of China(HPE-C)was put forward by professor ji liu after long-term theoretical research and practical exploration,which is a curriculum model with international vision and based on the reality of China,and it is also the first one published in China that conforms to the spirit and requirements of the national physical education and health curriculum standard.This model emphasizes the knowledge and skills of a sports project in unit teaching,and teaches students to learn motor skills.From the perspective of curriculum,it is proposed that the setting of learning objectives,the selection of teaching contents,the selection of teaching methods,the creation of classroom atmosphere and the evaluation of learning should be carried out around the improvement of students' physical and mental health.From the point of view of physical education,three key points should be attached great importance to exercise load,fitness training and motor skills in teaching.When emphasizing the motor skills teaching,it is required to guarantee 20 min of motor skills learning,and focus on activities and competitions.The single technology learning and training should be more integrated into the activity situation and game situation,so as to improve the students' ability to use technology and solve problems when facing the situation.Since its proposed in 2015,this curriculum model has attracted the attention of experts and scholars in the field of school physical education at home and abroad,and more and more schools have tried to use this model.With the spread of promotion activities of HPE-C,its influence has been continuously improved.At the same time,the attention to the effect of HPE-C has been increased.Based on this,this study adopts the method of large unit teaching by comprehensive use of literature,investigation,testing,experiment and field investigation,and focuses on the study of the game situation of motor skills teaching,closely following the three key points of HPE-C.To explore the influence of situated game teaching based on HPE-C on students' physical ability,motor skills and cooperative tendency.And through different sports and time of situated game teaching to different period of students on physical fitness,motor skills and cooperation tendency during the experimental intervention to explore the influence of the mechanism,so as to HPE-C of teaching practice to provide theory support,also for better implementation of the new curriculum reform,the implementation of physical education and health course teaching to provide inspiration and thinking.At the same time,it provides reference and suggestions for improving the teaching quality of PE and enhancing the vitality of PE.First of all,according to the formation law of motor skills,this study developed the motor skill evaluation model of basketball and martial arts by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It has good reliability and validity and is a comprehensive evaluation model integrating qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.Secondly,teaching design is a very important link in the situated game teaching of HPE-C,and it is a key step to achieve the ideal state of teaching optimization.In this study,the reverse design method can better reflect the content,method,means and evaluation of the design concept of goal leading.The design idea of structured knowledge and skills teaching can be well embodied by the method of content map design.Moreover,the experimental study used 4 × 3 × 2 three factors between subjects design of experiment,based on 1289 primary and middle and high school students in Nanning city Guangxi for 12 weeks of teaching experiment,reveals the influence of situated game teaching based on HPE-C on students' physical fitness,motor skills and cooperation tendency and the influence of mechanism.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Situated game teaching based on HPE-C has a comprehensive and positive impact on students' physical fitness,motor skills and cooperative tendency,and its effect is significantly better than that of non-situated game teaching and traditional physical education and health curriculum teaching.(2)The time of situated game teaching,sports items have significant main and interaction effects on different period of students' physical ability,motor skills and cooperative tendency.(3)The situated game teaching based on HPE-C mainly improves the average heart rate of students by reducing the time ratio of 50-60%HRmax,increasing the time ratio of 70-80%HRmax and 80-90%HRmax,so that the heart rate range of students in the physical education class is more in the comfort zone of exercise.Occasionally,a small part of the students enters the adaptive area and promote the physical development of the students through the joint action of stimulus intensity and stimulus amount.In the process of average heart rate prediction of students' physical ability,students' pre-physical basis plays a moderating role.The longer the teaching time of game situation is,the more ways to promote students' physical ability through the mediating variables related to exercise load are.(4)The situated game teaching based on HPE-C mainly affects students' motor skill level through the mediating effect and chain mediating effect of the motivation to pursue success,the motivation to avoid failure and the achievement motivation.Age had a moderating effect on the motivation of pursuit of success and the level of motor skills.(5)Basketball situated game teaching based on HPE-C mainly improves students' cooperative tendency by improving the level of motor skill achievement related to team performance and the motivation to pursue success.Teamwork score and age had moderated mediating effect on predicting students' cooperative tendency in different sports teaching.The longer the teaching time of competition situation is,the more ways the mediating variables related to motor skills affect students' cooperative tendency are.(6)The promotion and development of students' physical ability by situated game teaching based on HPE-C is the superimposed effect of the dual influence of motor skill learning and physical training.
