In recent years,the students' ability to adapt to society more and more attention from the government and the Department of education's attention,based on the students to master sports skills,attention and students play the main role in promoting the students' psychological health,"is one of the most important goals of physical education and health curriculum standards".The psychology and education and other basic subjects of cooperative learning is the development of basic theory,is widely used in other disciplines in addition to sport,now has developed into a mature teaching mode,and one of the most important and successful teaching reform in recent years in the world.This paper adopts the method of literature review,library books,literature,visit Chinese 100 chain,Baidu cloud HowNet,reviews the characteristics of adolescents in the middle school stage,related theories on social adaptation ability and cooperative learning model by analyzing the collation and summary.By using the method of experiment,the screening of Beijing Shunyi eight grade 1 and 2 of two volleyball class as experimental class and grade two classes as the control group,experimental teaching.The study by Dr.Yang Yanping compiled in 2007 "middle school student's social adaptation scale",before the experiment were measured before the experimental group and control group,the experimental group and control group were measured after the end of the experiment,through the questionnaire survey to obtain the data using Spss17.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis: 1 the use of cooperative learning mode in the middle school volleyball class can promote students' mastery of motor skills,better achieve teaching objectives,improve teaching effectiveness.2 experimental results show that the physical model of cooperative learning the good implementation of "student-centered",taking students as the center to carry out sports activities,is a kind of teaching method and means to fully play the main role of students,on the social adaptability of students can play a significant role to improve.3 sports cooperative learning mode to create a good learning atmosphere and cultivate the mutual relationship between the students,play a good role in promoting the improvement of interpersonal relations of middle school students have a significant role.4 using the cooperative learning mode,the students of grade two in junior high school are more significant than the first grade students in social adaptation and interpersonal relationship.5 collective projects need teamwork,but if there is no cooperative learning intervention,students' social adaptation and interpersonal relationship will not be significantly improved.
