| At this stage,Xinjiang’s economy is developing rapidly,and its industrial structure has been upgraded and optimized.The development of higher education plays a crucial role.The large number of high-quality and high-level talents cultivated by higher education are the basis for upgrading the industrial structure and more importantly,economic development.important talent in the process.From the perspective of supply and demand,only when the supply of talents in higher education meets the demand for talents in the upgrading of the industrial structure can the upgrading of the industrial structure be accelerated,thereby ensuring the high-quality economic development of Xinjiang.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the adaptability of Xinjiang’s higher education supply structure and industrial structure upgrading to optimize the higher education supply structure and promote the upgrading of Xinjiang’s industrial structure.This thesis firstly discusses the theoretical basis for the upgrading of higher education supply structure and industrial structure from relevant theories;secondly,it analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang higher education supply structure from four aspects: the overall supply structure,the layout structure,the hierarchical structure and the discipline and professional structure,to analyze the current situation of Xinjiang’s industrial structure;thirdly,from the four aspects of the overall supply structure,the layout structure,the hierarchical structure and the discipline and professional structure,use canonical correlation analysis to explore the correlation between the two and use the VAR model to further explore the relationship between the two.Then,using the coupling coordination model and the structural deviation degree to analyze the adaptability between them;fourthly,on this basis,analyze the factors that affect the adaptability between the supply structure and the upgrading of the industrial structure;finally,it is proposed to adapt to the industrial structure Countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the supply structure of higher education in Xinjiang.The research results show that:(1)Xinjiang’s higher education supply structure as a whole,as well as the layout structure,hierarchical structure,discipline and professional structure,and the industrial structure upgrade show varying degrees of incompatibility;(2)The overall impact of the supply structure on the upgrading of the industrial structure gradually weakens with the passage of time,and the optimization speed of the supply structure cannot keep up with the speed of the upgrading of the industrial structure,and the two are not compatible;(3)The influence of the layout structure on the upgrading of the industrial structure gradually increases over time,and the optimization speed of the layout structure is difficult to keep up with the speed of the industrial structure upgrading,and the two are relatively incompatible;(4)The influence of the hierarchical structure on the upgrading of the industrial structure gradually weakens with the passage of time,the optimization of the hierarchical structure and the upgrading of the industrial structure are not synergistic,and the two are not suitable for each other;(5)The mutual influence between the structure of disciplines and specialties and the upgrading of the industrial structure has gradually increased over time,and the adjustment of the structure of disciplines and specialties cannot keep up with the speed of the upgrading of the industrial structure,and the two are not compatible;(6)Among the factors that affect the level of adaptability between the two,the ratio of teachers and students in higher education,the proportion of funding,the rationalization index of industrial structure,per capita GDP and population size have a significant positive impact on the level of adaptability.Therefore,according to the above conclusions,based on the needs of industrial structure upgrading,this thesis puts forward reasonable suggestions such as optimizing the supply structure of higher education,balancing the layout structure,rationally constructing a hierarchical structure,and innovating and coordinating the setting of disciplines and majors. |
