Research On The Adaptability Between The Supply Side Structure Of Vocational Education And The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Xinjiang

Vocational education is technical skilled talents cultivation base,along with our country economy enters the new normal,high quality skilled talents more and more be favorred by the from all walks of life,so the position and role of vocational education has been gradually promoted,to arranging the vocational education in the economic and social development and industrial upgrading more prominent position,and strive to cultivate talented technical skills.Xinjiang in the economic development of our country occupy the important strategic position,"One Belt And One Road" put forward greatly promoted the economic development of xinjiang,the development of economy and further promote the development of vocational education,but at present a lot of vocational colleges is part of the supply of "invalid",trained graduates can not meet the requirements of economic development,Graduate quality and level and the contradiction between social demand,the phenomena of result in a shortage of talent and talent appear at the same time,how that affects the upgrading of the industrial structure,thus improve the vocational education supply side adaptability of the structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,to promote regional poverty to get rich,promote the upgrading of industrial structure in xinjiang has the vital significance.Based on the current situation of the supply side structure and industrial structure of vocational education in Xinjiang,this study explores how Xinjiang should promote the benign interaction and coordinated development of the supply side structure and industrial structure upgrade of vocational education in Xinjiang according to the regional economic development and social needs.Firstly,the evolution and characteristics of Xinjiang’s industrial structure are discussed from two aspects of output value structure and employment structure of three industries,and the present situation of supply side structure of Xinjiang’s vocational education is described from three aspects of hierarchy structure,discipline structure and layout structure of Xinjiang’s vocational education.Secondly,the relationship between the supply side structure of vocational education and the industrial structure is measured by three models: Moore structure change value,grey relational degree model and Granger causality test.Thirdly,the interactive relationship between the supply side structure of vocational education and the upgrading of industrial structure is further analyzed through the vector autoregressive model.Then,the coupling coordination degree model is constructed to analyze the adaptability of the supply side structure of Xinjiang vocational education as a whole,the hierarchy structure of vocational education,the discipline structure and the layout structure and the upgrading of industrial structure respectively,and the conclusion is drawn that the supply side structure of Xinjiang vocational education and the upgrading of industrial structure have not formed a good adaptive relationship.Then,the factors influencing the adaptability of supply side structure and industrial structure upgrading of vocational education in Xinjiang are deeply analyzed.Finally,according to the conclusions of the analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the supply side structure of vocational education to adapt to the upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang.Through the above research,the following main conclusions are drawn :(1)The supply-side structure of vocational education in Xinjiang is lagging behind the change of industrial structure.(2)for the upgrading of the industrial structure of vocational education supply side structure increased over time,the influence of the structure of vocational education supply side effects on industrial structure upgrade over time,but there are still affected,xinjiang vocational education supply side structure and industrial structure upgrade exists between the relationship of long-term mutually dependent and interacting.(3)the vocational education in xinjiang overall supply side structure and the upgrading of industrial structure has certain improvement,but the coordination degree coefficient is not high,still did not form good adaptability relationship between them,among them,the hierarchical structure and industrial structure upgrade adaptive slowly rising,discipline structure and industrial structure upgrade the coordination degree between level has fallen slightly,on the verge of disorder stage,Layout structure and industrial structure upgrade in a mild imbalance stage.(4)vocational education investment level,vocational education teachers of vocational education supply,economic development level in structure and industrial structure upgrade the adaptability between generates positive role in promoting,government intervention in the vocational education between supply side structure and industrial structure upgrade negative influences on the adaptability,excessive government intervention,not conducive to the improvement of adaptability between them,The effect of marketization level on the relationship between them is not significant.
