| As a subject that uses maps as a "language",developing map resources and applying them to geography teaching is a necessary skill for geography teachers.The "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" proposes to cultivate students’ core literacy in geography,which puts forward new requirements for today’s geography education reform.In the development and use of map resources,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ core geographical literacy.The background of the information age and the changes in geography textbooks have also put forward requirements for the mining and application of physical geography map resources in high schools,and geography teachers need to use modern information technology means to assist teaching.However,due to the uneven teaching conditions in various regions,the penetration of modern information technology is different,and the development methods and tools of physical geographic map resources in developed and backward areas are different.Therefore,this paper introduces LSV into the teaching of physical geography in high schools,and designs and implements the teaching cases of the review class of high school physical geography based on LSV,aiming to give full play to the advantages of LSV in geography teaching,optimize geography classroom teaching,and give reference and reference for the application of physical geography map resources in geography teaching for the majority of middle school geography teachers.In this paper,the current situation of high school physical geography classroom maps is analyzed by using the literature method,text analysis method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method,and the application of Loca Space Viewer software in the teaching of physical geography in high schools is discussed.Finally,this paper takes the application of LSV in the high school physical geography review class and new teaching as the starting point for curriculum development and instructional design.The following main conclusions are drawn:The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Through questionnaires and other materials for high school students,combined with textbook picture surveys and daily teaching observations,it was found that the proportion of satellite topographic maps in the classroom was higher than the proportion of pictures provided by textbooks.According to the students’ views on related issues in the student questionnaire,it is explained that teachers need to develop relevant map resources in order to better teach the actual teaching process of physical geography in high schools.(2)The relevance analysis of LSV found that it is feasible to combine LSV with physical geography teaching content for curriculum development and design.Compared with other professional software,LSV has the advantages of free and easy access,easy to use,comprehensive functions,etc.After summarizing the content of LSV function in the teaching of physical geography in high schools,it is found that LSV can be used in the teaching of physical geography in high schools.(3)Using the survey results to analyze the considerations for the application of LSV to the actual classroom of physical geography in high schools,the corresponding functions of LSV are selected and applied to the high school physical geography review class as an example for teaching design.From the actual teaching,it is found that the application of LSV to physical geography classroom teaching can increase the interest of the classroom,attract students’ attention in the classroom,and effectively improve teaching performance. |
