After the convening of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,more and more attention has been paid to China’s excellent traditional culture,cultural self-confidence has risen to a new level,and traditional culture has been actively supported and promoted in terms of national policies,mass media and traditional festivals.The Geography Curriculum Standards for General High Schools(2017 edition)also advocates that education and teaching should be integrated into China’s excellent traditional culture.The "Book of Poetry" said that "the one who is born is also the earth,and the one who nurtures is also the heaven",Chinese food culture has a long history,broad and profound,and is an inseparable part of China’s excellent traditional culture,and the food culture resources that can be developed by high school geography teaching are very rich.Rationally integrating food culture resources into high school geography teaching can bring life to the geography classroom,help students inherit China’s excellent traditional culture,and carry forward the national spirit.Through the excavation of Chinese and foreign food culture treatises and related master’s and doctoral theses,this paper identifies and organizes food culture resources and conducts experimental development,investigates the application status of food culture resources in high school geography,puts forward the ways and methods of using food culture resources in teaching inside and outside the classroom,and designs relevant geography teaching cases.This thesis mainly includes the following parts:The first part analyzes the research status of food culture and geography teaching at home and abroad,analyzes the necessity of food culture as a geography teaching resource,defines the relevant concepts of food culture and geography,and puts forward theoretical support.By investigating the current situation of infiltration of food culture in high school geography teaching,the value and feasibility of geographical education of food culture resources are obtained by analyzing the data.The second part collects and excavates the specific content of food culture,analyzes the characteristics of food culture,that is,food culture thought,the relationship between food culture and natural and human geographical environment,the relationship between food intangible cultural heritage and geography,and the geographical significance of food proverbs and poetry,closely grasps the core literacy of geography,takes the geography textbook of the new edition of high school geography as an example,sorts out and summarizes the geography teaching resources in food culture and establishes a food culture geography course resource library.The third part puts forward the method path of applying food culture resources to high school geography teaching,creating scenarios before class,classroom introduction,classroom activities,class summaries,assigning homework,study trip design,field trips and other links after class,and designing specific teaching cases of "agricultural location factors and their changes" for the integration of food culture resources into geography teaching.From the perspective of geographical core literacy,this paper excavates food culture resources,takes the high school geography textbook of the People’s Education Edition as a case,sorts out and analyzes the food culture education resources contained in it,and supports the teaching links inside and outside the geography classroom,with examples of specific food culture resources as evidence,and puts forward specific penetration strategies,which has certain guiding significance for teaching practice. |
