Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has promulgated a number of documents and policies to promote the construction of labor education in the new era,which has gradually improved the status of labor education in China ’s national education system.In this regard,local government departments have successively promulgated the implementation opinions and implementation plans on strengthening local labor education in primary and secondary schools.However,due to the lack of special policy guidance in the preschool stage,children ’s labor education still faces many difficulties.Kindergarten education plays a leading role in early childhood education.Therefore,this study focuses on exploring the implementation path of labor education in kindergartens to promote the development of labor education in early childhood.Firstly,through the collation and analysis of relevant literature,this study finds that there are some practical problems in the implementation of kindergarten labor education in China,such as lack of systematic policy guidance,insufficient depth of theoretical research,and incomplete scope of actual construction.The core concepts of the implementation path of kindergarten labor education are defined,and the ideological guidance,purpose orientation,content system and unique characteristics of child labor education are discussed.Combined with the current status of the implementation of labor education at home and abroad,it helps kindergartens to design and plan a variety of channels and methods conducive to the implementation of labor education on this basis.Secondly,this study takes Shenyang S kindergarten as the research object to conduct a field survey,and finds that there are some problems in the implementation of labor education in the park,such as the unclear status of labor education curriculum in the kindergarten curriculum system,the low utilization rate of labor practice base,the unstable source of labor education materials,the insufficient strength of labor education professional teachers,the incomplete evaluation system of labor education,and the insufficient effectiveness of home-kindergarten-society cooperation.The causes of the problems are analyzed,and the implementation path of labor education in kindergartens is formulated according to the times.Finally,based on the analysis of the survey results and related literature,this study constructs and expands the implementation path of kindergarten labor education from five aspects : curriculum,base,activity,game and guarantee mechanism,that is,to set up multi-dimensional labor education curriculum,to build a stable labor education practice base inside and outside the kindergarten,to carry out various forms of labor education activities,to create game-based labor activities,and to build a complete labor education guarantee mechanism.It is expected to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten labor education,promote the construction of kindergarten labor education system,and promote the development of children ’s labor education.
