| The rise in the divorce rate in recent years has led to a large number of remarried family or reorganized families, which is that one or both of the marriage carries their children into a new family, which has also brought a large number of reorganized families. It is widely believed that it has its own development problems, such as academic crisis, psychological problems and social barriers, which give many negative labels. However, the existing policy system rarely covers this group, and the existing research holds a problem perspective, focuses on individual attribution, and regards the problems of reorganizing family adolescents as personal problems that should be solved by their own strength. This study is based on the perspective of advantage perspective,as the research object,on the basis of the existing literature, through qualitative research, select 12 restructuring family teenagers in-depth interview, from the basic information,parent-child relationship, personal development and social interaction of four parts to collect information, using Nvivo 12 qualitative analysis software to interview data coding analysis, explore the perspective of restructuring family adolescent development dilemma, build analysis model of social work intervention model. The study found that, first of all,the reorganized families can be divided into conflict, coexistence and harmony according to the characteristics of parent-child relationship. The former two have different degrees of problems, but they also have favorable factors to become the opportunity for transformation, while the latter is the ideal state for the development of the reorganized families. At the same time, the introduction of the ecosystem makes the reorganized families be investigated in the social environment, and it is found that the development of the teenagers in the reorganized families is not only from the fetters of the family, the lack of social support and the lack of policy are also the important factors in their development process.Secondly, family youth and their environment have many superior resources, the emergence of "new parents" will bring a certain degree of creative factors to the teenagers, provide an opportunity to repair the damaged family of origin, only need proper guidance and intervention;the support from community and schools greatly help solve the problem of family youth, the development of close friends is a good way to relieve emotions and release pressure;without single label, their own personality, interests and other characteristics deserve more attention, and their own development ability should be the focus.Thirdly, the difficulties and superior resources of reorganized family teenagers and environment constitute a multidimensional analysis model. When the "push-pull"power contest is in a relatively balanced state, the development process of reorganized family teenagers is relatively smooth and will not show too much problem tendency;when the thrust is dominant,left-behind children are more likely to get into trouble and show more development problems. Finally, this study puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for social work intervention and reorganization of family development at the level of different action subjects.Social work intervention measures can be divided into micro intervention, meso intervention and macro intervention, and each intervention dimension has different action subjects and service levels. At the individual level,we should focus on empowerment and empowerment;conduct family education and deliver communication skills at the family level;and at the community level, explore environmental resources and build support networks. At the school level, the education model should be adjusted to support comprehensive development;at the social level, advocate an open atmosphere and call for equal acceptance;at the national level, promote positive welfare and prevent development problems.Multi-pronged efforts, all parties work together to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of the reorganized family teenagers. |
