With the acceleration of aging and the increasing number of elderly population in our country, many problems of the old people are more and more concerned by society.Statistics show that China's widowed elderly account for approximately twenty-five percent of the total number of the elderly. The partner's death has brought tremendous pressure to the elderly themselves, their families, and even the community.According to previous studies, the reorganization of the family can effectively eliminate the related problems, while,on the other hand,it tends to have new pressures and challenges because of a wide variety of reasons, which makes the old people suffer, and the benefits of the reorganization are also greatly affected, and it even leads to intergenerational conflicts. What the manifestation of the intergenerational conflict in the aged reorganized family is and what the causes of these conflicts are two important issues in the resolution of the intergenerational conflict in the aged reorganized family.Adopt the family intimacy and adaptability scale and design an interview outline to measure and interview an old man X who is bothered with intergenerational conflicts caused by the reorganization of the family, and conduct semi-structured interviews with the children of the old man X by means of the interview outline.According to the data processing and analysis of the interview data, intergenerational conflicts in the aged recombinant family are reflected in the following aspects:property, life care, communication style and emotion. After in-depth study and analysis of these manifestations,we find that the cause of intergenerational conflicts in the aged recombinant family mainly includes four aspects:property right issues due to the family structure change;intergenerational conflicts caused by the bad intergenerational exchange;communication conflicts on account of patriarchy and the sense of equal rights;daughter' s bad mood to the father because she regards father's reorganized family as a betrayal of her mother.A conclusion is reached after a thorough understanding of the conflict causes that in the exclusion of property related effects, the main reason for the conflicts between X' s family members is X and her daughter's irrational ideas. And then use relatively effective rational emotional therapy model to irrational ideas to intervene in the members respectively who hold irrational ideas in the reorganized family, and eventually consolidate the intervention effect through family talks. The results are evaluated by self feedback from family intimacy and adaptability scales before and after the intervention:The intergenerational relationship in X's reorganized family returns to harmony and the purpose of intervention is basically achieved. The results show that in the first place, the aged reorganized family is faced with many problems, and conflicts are caused not just because of the unilateral conduct.Second, the model of rational emotional therapy intervention in intergenerational conflicts in the aged reorganized family due to irrational ideas is very fruitful. Finally, emphasis on family is an effective way of solving conflicts between generations. When involved in the aged reorganized family, workers may emphasize the affection appropriately on the case master and his family through examples and reviews,so that they are more likely to accept each other, thus solving the current problems effectively, forming the basis for communication, and preventing similar problems from happening.
