| The in-depth promotion of the strong national strategy in sports,the deepening integration of sports and education,and the enhancement of the high-quality development of youth sports have brought opportunities for the expansion of the development scale of the CUBA high-level women’s basketball teams in the three northeastern provinces.However,the objective facts must be clearly understood that the unbalanced and insufficient development of the competitiveness has led to the low level of competition of the CUBA high-level women’s basketball teams in the three northeastern provinces in the recent China University Basketball Leagues.With the help of the analysis of the current situation of CUBA high-level basketball teams in three northeastern provinces,this thesis aims to provide theoretical and practical reference significance for the purpose of improving the competitive level of high-level women’s basketball teams in colleges and universities in the three northeastern provinces during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Based on the above situation,this research uses the method of literature review,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,expert interview,logical analysis and other research methods,and takes the development status of CUBA high-level women’s basketball teams in the three northeastern provinces as the research object.This study investigates 6high-level women’s basketball teams from the three northeastern provinces that participated in the 22ndCUBA Basketball League,and analyzes their development status and deficiencies in terms of athletes,coaches,training and competition,and school management,so as to put forward development strategies.The specific research conclusions are as follows:First of all,on the whole,women’s basketball players are younger,and their training years before entering the school vary greatly,so their physical fitness and technical and tactical levels are relatively weak.The number of athletes in charge of each position is relatively average,resulting in a relatively complete staffing configuration,but the unsound enrollment mechanism leads to an uneven quality of enrollment sources.Athletes usually finish their studies on time,but their foundations for learning are poor.The employment direction of athletes is mainly to become teachers and coaches.Secondly,women’s basketball coaches are relatively young and vary widely in coaching years.Most of the high-level women’s basketball teams in colleges and universities are only equipped with one coach,resulting in defects in the construction of the coaching team and insufficient reserves.The educational background of coaches is mainly postgraduate,and most of them are associate professors.In addition,coaches usually lead the team in the form of appointment,and most of the sports experience is dominated by special training students or college teams while lacking professional team experience.In addition,coaches have fewer opportunities to learn and improve themselves elsewhere.Thirdly,the main content of the women’s basketball team’s training focuses on technical training,but is relatively lacking in offensive and defensive tactical training and physical fitness training.In addition to participating in the annual CUBA league,the high-level women’s basketball teams in the three northeastern provinces have less participation in other competitions.Each team develops training plans based on a single type of CUBA basketball league.The high-level women’s basketball players and coaches in the three northeastern provinces pay attention to mutual communication and maintain a good teacher-student relationship.Fourthly,the management guarantee system of the women’s basketball team is not perfect,and the leaders of colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the women’s basketball team.The funds for women’s basketball are insufficient and the sources are single.It can only be funded through school funding,but there is no source of funds such as cooperation with enterprises or naming;The colleges and universities in the three northeastern provinces are equipped with corresponding training venues and facilities,which can basically meet the daily training and competition needs of athletes,but the training venues and equipment are lacking in updating;The arrangement of venues for athletes’training and the opening hours of venues are unreasonable,and some colleges and universities have not established special sports venues for athletes.There are problems in the CUBA high-level women’s basketball medical security system in the three northeastern provinces,and sports injury treatment and post-rehabilitation treatment cannot be guaranteed.Considering the development status of high-level women’s basketball teams in colleges and universities in the three northeastern provinces,and combined with the shortcomings in the development process,this thesis mainly proposes the following strategies.The first is to perfect the athlete enrollment policy,aiming to improve the quality of students for high-level women’s basketball teams.The second is to improve the coach training system,so as to improve the training level of high-level women’s basketball teams.The third is to establish a competition management mechanism,which aims to solve the contradiction between the high-level women’s basketball team’s learning and training.The last is to strengthen the competition input system,which can guarantee the development quality of high-level women’s basketball teams. |
