| With the development of the times,innovation has become the main driving force of industrial development.Innovation not only refers to technological innovation,but also includes organizational innovation,product innovation,system innovation,market innovation and other aspects of innovation.Based on this,scholars study the problems in industrial development from the perspective of "system",and building an industrial innovation ecosystem has also become an important choice to achieve the healthy development of industry.Only by building a perfect industrial innovation ecosystem can we promote industrial upgrading and improve industrial competitiveness,and effectively promote regional economic development and national economic development.Shunping County is a large forest and fruit county in Hebei Province.It has been awarded the titles of "hometown of apples in China" and "county of high-quality apple production base in Hebei Province",and apple industry development plays an important role in the development of Shunping County.However,in the process of apple industry development in Shunping County,the planting area and income of farmers have not increased significantly in recent years,and the industrial development is stagnant.In order to solve the development problem of apple industry in Shunping County,we should study the apple industry in Shunping County from a systematic point of view.Therefore,this paper constructs the apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the industrial development.Firstly,this paper elaborates the relevant information of innovation ecosystem and industry-university-research cooperation in detail,which forms the theoretical basis for the following analysis.Then it analyzes the constituent elements of apple industry in Shunping County,including R&D population,application population,service population,consumption population and external environment.Various groups play their respective roles in the development of the system.Subsequently,the operation mechanism of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County was studied.The study found that the operation of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County was centered on"learning".In the initial stage of development,it was a driving mechanism based on"learning",including the technical and talent support provided by Colleges and universities,and on this basis,it also included financial support,market competition,innovative interests and government guidance;In the process of development,"learning" is the core of collaborative development;After collaborative innovation,it radiates with "learning" as the center.The information flow and material flow of the whole system are free flow,and bring the effects of scale effect,product value-added,information sharing and collaborative development.Finally,a structural equation model that affects the coordinated development of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County is constructed.294 valid questionnaires are collected through field research and online questionnaires,and then the questionnaire data is imported into the model.The conclusion is that the supporting capacity of colleges and universities and the level of consumer demand have a significant positive correlation with the innovation capacity of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County;The service level of service organization has no significant positive correlation with the innovation ability of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County;The supporting ability of colleges and universities,the supporting ability of service organizations and the innovation ability of industrial innovation ecosystem have a significant positive correlation with the coordinated development of Apple Industrial Innovation Ecosystem in Shunping County;The level of consumer demand has no significant positive correlation with the coordinated development of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County.In order to further promote the development of apple industry innovation ecosystem in Shunping County,suggestions are put forward:give full play to the leading role of colleges and universities to improve the innovation ability of innovation subjects;Improve the service level of service organization and establish a good environment;Strengthen brand building and improve industrial competitiveness;Establish a land circulation system and implement appropriate scale management;Improve the apple processing system and increase the added value of products.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:First,the theory of innovation ecosystem is applied to agricultural industry,,which broadens the theoretical application of innovation ecosystem;Second,the traditional apple industry focuses on the research of technology,management,marketing and other single aspects.This paper systematically analyzes the development of Shunping County’s apple industry,and uses empirical analysis methods to build a structural equation model to find out the factors that affect the coordinated development of Shunping County’s apple industry innovation ecosystem,providing ideas for the development of Shunping County’s apple industry. |
