With the deepening of the socialist market economy,the survival of many domestic enterprises faces great challenges;combined with the impact of COVID-19 in the past three years,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China are unsustainable or even bankrupt.In this situation,many employees in the enterprise is facing great survival pressure and value pressure,gradually cause occupational anxiety and job burnout and a series of professional psychological problems,special extreme cases even lead to a series of malignant results of social events,therefore,enterprise employees professional psychological problem is an important topic worth research.Corporate social work is the application of social work in the enterprise field.The relevant research field and content of corporate social work in China started relatively late and developed relatively slowly.In the framework of drawing on foreign theories and practice experience,enterprise social work is involved.At present,the theories of corporate social work involved in employees ’professional psychological problems mainly cover ecosystem theory,Maslow’s demand theory and other theories,and professional social work methods such as case work method and group work method have also been applied in research.The social work theory used in this paper is mainly the theory of increasing power,and the social work methods used are mainly case work method and group work method.After literature research and combined with the practical problems faced by enterprise employees,this paper mainly studies the psychological problems of occupational anxiety and occupational burnout.This paper selects the theory of increasing power to carry out the research of corporate social work involved in employees’ professional psychological problems,and mainly adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.The quantitative research method mainly adopts the questionnaire method and the scale method,while the qualitative survey method mainly uses the semi-structured interview method.This paper selects employees of Y Commercial Bank as the research object,designs anxiety self-evaluation scale and job burnout scale,completes the questionnaire study of 538 employees,including employees of 2 different positions(operation and management positions),and burnout and interview.According to questionnaires and interview results,it was found that the overall rate of employees of Y commercial banks reached 43%,The degree of occupational anxiety was mainly focused on the mild and moderate,But the severe situation also cannot be ignored,The manifestations of occupational anxiety are occupational indicator anxiety(48%),career promotion anxiety(7%),business risk anxiety(34%).interpersonal relationship anxiety(6%),and occupational health anxiety(5%);Employee ratio of burnout reached 39%,Among them,the proportion of operational employees is relatively high,The main manifestations of occupational burnout were emotional failure(42%),cynicism(29%),and low occupational efficacy(19%)..This paper summarizes and summarizes the causes of employees professional psychological problems from the perspective of power enhancement theory,and analyzes the main reasons for the professional psychological problems of Y commercial bank employees from three aspects:personal attribute factors,work-related factors and social factors.Combined with the specific situation and reasons of the professional psychological problems of employees of Y commercial banks,this paper believes that the main difficulties faced by Y commercial banks are the insufficiency of the professional psychological problems of employees.Use case work methods and group work methods to carry out practical research.This paper analyzes the specific conditions of the advantageous resources,the advantageous resources of the employee are mainly reflected in individual working ability,stress resistance and value orientation;the advantageous resources are mainly reflected in enterprise culture,human resources and trade union construction.This paper gives suggestions on the professional psychological problems of Y commercial bank employees from the perspective of increasing power from the perspective of individual level,enterprise level and social level.
