Since the reform of the compulsory education curriculum,mathematical culture has been paid more and more attention to,and the application of mathematical historical materials has become more and more worthy of attention.The application of mathematical historical materials has been continuously improved theoretically,but it has not been sufficiently implemented in exam questions and actual education.This study analyzes and studies the examination questions of mathematical historical materials,and hopes to provide the proposition of the examination questions of mathematical historical materials and some reference proposals for junior high school mathematics teachers to apply mathematical historical materials to actual education.This paper mainly takes the 2014-2021 mathematics test questions of 10 provinces in Liaoning Province,Hebei Province,Beijing Municipality,Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Shanghai Municipality,Guangdong Province,Hubei Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Sichuan Province as the research sample,and analyzes and studies the mathematical historical materials related to the mathematical historical materials in the mathematics examination according to the six dimensions of the type of question,the content field,the type of historical materials,the source of historical materials,the cognitive level,and the use of historical materials.The research has found that:(1)the number of questions in the middle school mathematics historical materials test questions is less;(2)the overall distribution of the mathematical historical materials test questions is more balanced;(3)the mathematics test questions in the middle school examination mainly rely on the content fields of "numbers and algebra" and "graphics and geometry" to apply mathematical historical materials,relying on the "statistics and probability" content field less questions;(4)The application of mathematical historical materials types in the middle school examination mathematics test questions is mainly concentrated in the two types of "mathematical problems" and "mathematical propositions";(5)The cognitive level of the mathematics historical materials test questions in the middle school examination is high,mainly based on the level of "comprehension";(6)the use of mathematical historical materials in the mathematics test questions of the middle school examination is mainly "conforming";(7)The historical sources in the mathematics historical materials examination questions are mainly concentrated in ancient Chinese mathematical historical materials.In summary,several suggestions are put forward for the propositional system of the mathematical historical materials test questions in the middle school entrance examination and the application of mathematical historical materials in the teaching of junior high school mathematics teachers.(1)The preparation of mathematics test questions for the middle school entrance examination can be developed for mathematical historical materials with less application;the moderate increase of test questions relies on the field of statistics and probability knowledge to apply mathematical historical materials;and the type of applied mathematical historical materials in moderately balanced test questions.(2)Teachers should select appropriate mathematical historical materials for teaching and maximize their value;they should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability to read mathematical historical materials;and should appropriately combine Chinese and Western mathematical historical materials for teaching.
