A Study On The Cultivation Of Lei Feng Spirit Among College Students In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:“The spirit of Lei Feng is eternal.No matter where the times develop,it will not go out of date.We should inherit Lei Feng spirit from generation to generation.” The Spirit of Lei Feng,as a precious red revolutionary spirit formed in the early stage of socialist construction,has been passed down to this day and has inspired generations of college students to work hard.In the new era,the Spirit of Lei Feng still contains great spiritual wealth and is the spiritual food needed by college students in the new era.The cultivation of Lei Feng spirit not only helps to improve the moral cultivation of college students in the new era and promote the practice of Lei Feng spirit,but also helps to carry forward the socialist core values and build a socialist harmonious society.But how to let the Spirit of Lei Feng truly accepted by the new era of college students,how to let the new era of college students to participate in Lei Feng activities into their daily life,how to guide the new era of college students to become “Lei Feng” figures,has become the concern of universities and the government.Therefore,it is still of great value and significance to study the cultivation of Lei Feng spirit of college students in the new era.This paper takes the college students in the new era as the main body,takes the cultivation of Lei Feng spirit as the main line.Comprehensively using the methods of literature analysis and experience summary,this paper studies the connotation inheritance and combing of Lei Feng spirit,the current situation of the cultivation of Lei Feng spirit among college students in the new era and the optimization of the cultivation path.The times connotation of Lei Feng spirit is the inheritance,enrichment and development of the original connotation.The cultivation of Lei Feng spirit of college students in the new era is of great significance to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,improve their sense of social responsibility,cultivate their dedication and struggle spirit,and maintain their enterprising spirit.At present,although the cultivation of Lei Feng spirit of college students has achieved some results in the overall recognition and cultivation experience,the problems of college students’ incomplete cognition of Lei Feng spirit and the formalization and utilitarianism of their participation in learning Lei Feng still exist due to the imperfect cultivation mechanism,insufficient cultivation effectiveness,insufficient subjectivity and the erosion of wrong ideas.Therefore,we should focus on strengthening cognition,enhancing subject consciousness,using red culture,strengthening practice,and building a long-term mechanism,thus enhance the new era of college students Lei Feng spirit cultivation effectiveness.
