Research On Lei Feng Spirit Of Chinese University Students

In the Sixth Plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of Communist Party of China, it figured out that the excellent traditional culture was condensed with the spirit of constantly striving to become stronger and the spiritual fortune in history even fresh after many years, which was the profound foundation of developing the advanced culture of socialism and the important support of constructing our common spiritual home of Chinese nation. Lei Feng spirit was our traditional excellent cultural source. Therefore it has become an important and urgent issue to make Lei Feng spirit shine and glow and construct moral value system with study and practice integrated.The paper’s focus is on the study of Lei Feng spirit of university students, not generally moral problems of social youth or the problems of construction of moral courses for university students, but to set up a benchmark of the construction of moral system for university students by means of Lei Feng spirit. The first part of the paper elaborates the background, purpose and meaning of the paper, meanwhile builds up general research thinking and innovation points of this paper through combing the current situation of theoretical studies home and abroad. The second part mainly analyzes the current environment of Lei Feng spirit in universities in China, and clarifies the connotation of Lei Feng spirit and moreover summarizes the forming process of Lei Feng spirit. In addition, through analyzing kinds of arguments about Lei Feng spirit of university students, this paper sets up the correct value orientation of Lei Feng spirit and analyzes the current situation of the subject, media and environment of practicing Lei Feng spirit. The third part, starting mainly from four aspects, which is the ideal and belief, personality of subject, Values and disciplines, through the investigation and interview about the Lei Feng spirit of university students, analyzes objectively and summarizes the representations and their reasons for the predicament of Lei Feng spirit of university students. The fourth part mainly elaborates the basis, principle and object of constructing Lei Feng spirit of university students in China. The fifth part, based on fully following the basis, principle and object of constructing Lei Feng spirit of university students in China, makes a detailed analysis of Lei Feng dairy and checks up research references about studies on Lei Feng and Lei Feng spirit. Combing with the current situation of spiritual predicament of Lei Feng spirit in universities, this paper, starting from the construction of subsystems in four dimensions, which is respectively firming ideals and beliefs, perfecting subject personality, clarifying values, and behaving disciplines, builds moral value system of university students centering on Lei Feng spirit. Meanwhile it is hoped that the construction of the system with such four dimensions will advance and change with the times, passed down from generation to generation and be shared by all over the world.
