Study On Lei Feng Spirit And Higher Vocational College’s Moral Education

Moral education is an important part of education in higher vocational collegesin our country,“both ability and moral, Moral first” standard of choosing person alsocalls higher vocational colleges put moral education in the particular location. Atpresent, our country still has a lot of old and new problems in respect of moraleducation in higher vocational colleges, Lei Feng Spirit inherit the good virtue of ourChinese nation since ancient times, which is a miniature of the China’s labor people’skindness, hard-working guileless, helpful traditional virtues.As a kind of advancedspirit, Lei Feng Spirit has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance to trainadvocating moral and talented person.This paper respectively analyze lei feng spiritand moral education in higher vocational colleges from a theoretical point of view andelaborate Lei Feng Spirit new era meaning’s significant effect to higher vocationalcollege’s moral education. It has important reference value and practical significanceto the construction of a harmonious society in China.The first part is the introduction in which the topic selection reasons, significance,research actualities,main content methods,and purposes are explained firstly.The second part mainly explain college’s moral education and summarize moraleducation’s philosophy, management and psychology theory from the aspects ofconnotation,characteristics and classification,and clearly defined the threeclassification methods of moral education in this paper.The third part aims to analyze the essence of Lei Feng Spirit and the connotationand value in new times, to interpret it from the objective perspective,to excavate theenlightenment for today’s people.The fourth part focuses on indicating the current dilemma and complexity of thenew situation in the development of our country’s higher vocational college’s moraleducation, which leads to the urgent need of Lei Feng Spirit’s guidance.The fifth part systematically elaborates the the combination of Lei Feng Spiritand moral education’s four aspects which are goal, content, construction andevaluation. At last it further summarizes Lei Feng Spirit’s important role to highervocational colleges. Really hope it can bring some enlightenment and reference forhigher vocational college’s moral education.
